This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V alone and with pembrolizumab in participants with solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This study will have five parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046054/SGN- PDL1V should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in Parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers. IIMGN151-1001 is a Phase 1, first in human, open-label dose-escalation, optimization, and expansion study designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of IMGN151 in adult participants with recurrent endometrial cancer; recurrent, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers; or recurrent cervical cancers. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines (called binimetinib) in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: * People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. * People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab. Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. Prostate cancer has the second highest incidence rate and is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among men worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ABBV-969 as a monotherapy. ABBV-969 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). There are parts to this study. Participants will receive ABBV-969 as a single agent at different doses. Approximately 140 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), ABBV-969 will be intravenously infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy. In part 2, multiple doses will be selected from Part 1 and mCRPC participants will be assigned to one of these doses in a randomized fashion to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 in participants with advanced solid tumors with P13Ka mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer. Part 3 will evaluate STX-478 as combination therapy with fulvestrant and a CDK4/6 Inhibitor (either Ribociclib or Palbociclib) in participants with HR+ breast cancer. In this study, the researchers will look at whether having participants switch from durvalumab to sotorasib when they have detectable minimal residual disease (MRD) is an effective treatment approach for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC). The researchers will see whether this switch to sotorasib can control LANSCLC longer compared to the treatment approach of staying on durvalumab (and not switching to sotorasib). Read Less
