This is a pilot study to improve rates of germline genetic testing for black patients with aggressive prostate cancer as recommended by the updated guidelines by the National Cancer Comprehensive Network (NCCN) in 2018. In this study, consented patients will undergo a low-risk intervention of an educational session with a trained staff member on germline testing in prostate cancer and, if agreeable, subsequent germline cancer genetic testing via a commercial lab test. This is a Phase 1/2A, open label, multicenter, nonrandomized, multiple dose, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study of PF-07220060 administered as a single agent and then in combination with endocrine therapy. The study consists of two parts and a China and Japan monotherapy cohort. Part 1 includes dose escalation cohorts evaluating PF-07220060 as single agent or in combination with endocrine therapy or enzalutamide, as well as a food effect cohort and a DDI cohort Part 2 includes dose expansion cohorts evaluating PF-07220060 in combination with endocrine therapy or enzalutamide. In Part 1A, single escalating doses of PF-07220060 alone will be administered to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and select the recommended dose for expansion In Part 1B and Part 1C, PF-07220060 will be administered in combination with 1 of 2 endocrine therapies (letrozole and fulvestrant, respectively). The commercialization of MRI fusion biopsies has resulted in a dramatic increase in the use of MRI imaging for prostate cancer. How best to use MRI in the initial prostate biopsy setting given the availability of validated prostate cancer early detection markers is uncertain.This study will allow investigators to determine if prostate MRI is superior to validated panel of laboratory biomarkers (e.g. PCA3, PSA and TMPRSS2:ERG) in the initial biopsy setting. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB365 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB365. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB365 by itself or in combination with cetuximab? * Does KQB365 alone or in combination with cetuximab decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB365 in the body? The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. KB707-01 is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study. The study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, refused standard of care therapy, or for whom there is no standard of care therapy as well as the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and immunologic effect of KB707 administered in combination with Opdualag to subjects with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. Subjects in dose escalation (Cohorts 1 through 3) and dose expansion (Cohort 4) will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 approximately every three weeks. Cohorts 1 through 4 are closed to new enrollment. Dose expansion Cohort 5 and Cohort 6 will evaluate subjects with advanced melanoma. Subjects in Cohort 5 will receive intratumoral injections of KB707 biweekly (q2w), delivered in combination with Opdualag (dosed every q4w per prescribing information).
