This phase III trial compares perioperative chemotherapy (given before and after surgery) versus adjuvant chemotherapy (given after surgery) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery (removable/resectable). Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before and after surgery (perioperatively) may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to giving chemotherapy after surgery (adjuvantly). Read Less

BDTX-4933-101 is a first-in-human, open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and an expansion cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and antitumor activity of BDTX-4933. The study population for the Dose Escalation part of the study comprises adults with recurrent advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring KRAS non-G12C mutations or BRAF mutations, advanced/metastatic melanoma harboring BRAF or NRAS mutations, histiocytic neoplasms harboring BRAF or NRAS mutations, and other solid tumors harboring BRAF mutations. The study population for the Dose Expansion part of the study comprises adults with recurrent advanced/metastatic NSCLC harboring KRAS non-G12C mutations. This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of giving vepdegestrant along with PF-07220060. Vepdegestrant is studied to see if it can be a possible treatment for advanced metastatic breast cancer. This type of cancer would have spread from where it started (breast) to other parts of the body and would be tough to treat. The study is seeking for participants who have breast cancer that: is hard to treat (advanced) and may have spread to other organs (metastatic). is sensitive to hormonal therapy (it is called estrogen receptor positive). is no longer responding to treatments taken before starting this study. All the participants will receive vepdegestrant and PF-07220060. Both medicines will be taken by mouth. The medicines will be taken at home. The experience of people receiving the study medicines will be studied. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will continue to take vepdegestrant and PF-07220060 until: their cancer is no longer responding, or side effects become too severe. They will have visits at the study clinic about every 4 weeks. Read Less

Prospective, multi-center, open label, non-randomized clinical trial to assess efficacy of [18F]FAPI-74 to detect FAP expressing cells in patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, gastric, pancreatic and colorectal cancer. The [18F]FAPI-74 PET scan will be acquired in patients with proven GI cancers after initial staging using institutional standard methods.
