This phase III trial compares the rate of complications of x-ray therapy versus proton beam radiation therapy after breast conserving surgery or mastectomy in treating patients with breast cancer. X-ray therapy is a form of radiation therapy that uses high-energy radiation from x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Proton beam radiation therapy is a type of radiation therapy that uses high-energy beams to treat tumors. This study, ELU- FRα-1, is focused on adult subjects who have advanced, recurrent or refractory folate receptor alpha (FRα) overexpressing tumors considered to be topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-sensitive based on scientific literature, and, in the opinion of the Investigator, have no other meaningful life-prolonging therapy options available. ELU001 is a new chemical entity described as a C'Dot drug conjugate (CDC), consisting of payloads (exatecans) and targeting moieties (folic acid analogs) covalently bound by linkers to the C'Dot particle carrier. This phase I trial studies the best dose of sonidegib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with solid tumor that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Sonidegib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This study will assess the efficacy and safety of capivasertib plus docetaxel versus placebo plus docetaxel in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), all participants will receive the docetaxel with steroid therapy and receive androgen deprivation therapy. The intention of the study is to demonstrate that the combination of capivasertib plus docetaxel is superior to placebo plus docetaxel with respect to the overall survival of study participants, when overall survival is defined as the time from randomization until the date of death due to any cause. This phase II trial tests how well pertuzumab, trastuzumab, hyaluronidase-zzxf and enzalutamide works in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic). Pertuzumab and trastuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to a receptor protein called human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2). HER2 is found on some cancer cells. When pertuzumab or trastuzumab attach to HER2, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase. It helps to keep pertuzumab and trastuzumab in the body longer, so that these medications will have a greater effect. Hyaluronidase also allows pertuzumab and trastuzumab to be given by injection under the skin and shortens their administration time compared to pertuzumab or trastuzumab alone. Chemotherapy drugs, such as enzalutamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
