PYLARIFY® PET/CT or PET/MRI in Men with Favorable Intermediate Risk (FIR) Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cance... Read More

Ultrasound and Photoacoustic Imaging of Colon and Rectal Tumor Tissue
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the functionality of a novel endorectal photoacoustic ultrasound imaging modality in humans with rectal cancer. The study involves testing a previously developed endorectal device to determine its ability to accurately assess rectal tumor response to preoperative treatment. The investigators hypothesize that in vivo photoacoustic imaging will be capable of differentiating residual malignant tissue from complete response.

A Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Activity of Fruquintinib in Minority Populations With Advanced, Previously Treated Colorectal Cancer
Recruiting
High blood pressure (hypertension) is a known side effect of the treatment with fruquintinib. Current research does not provide a clear answer whether minority groups such as Black/African American and/or Hispanic/Latino with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) have a bigger risk of higher blood pressure after treatment with fruquintinib. The main aim of this study is to learn how often adults of a minority group experience hypertension after they have been treated with fruquintinib f... Read More

Adaptive Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy to the Prostate and Pelvic Nodes With Simultaneous Integrated Boost to the MR-detected Nodule for Patients With High-risk and Unfavorable Intermediate-risk Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
This trial is a prospective clinical trial designed to demonstrate the safety and feasibility of whole-pelvis adaptive prostate stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) with a tumor boost to the magnetic resonance (MR)-detected sites of disease. The hypothesis is that this treatment approach will be safe and feasible with \<15% of patients experiencing an acute CTCAEv5 grade ≥3 genitourinary (GU) or gastrointestinal (GI) adverse event.

Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan-hziy and Pembrolizumab Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice in Patients With Triple Negative Breast Cancer Who Have Residual Invasive Disease After Surgery and Neoadjuvant Therapy (ASCENT-05/AFT-65 OptimICE-RD/NSABP B-63)
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment.

Testing the Role of FDG-PET/CT to Predict Response to Therapy Prior to Surgery for HER2-positive Breast Cancer, The DIRECT Trial
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well an imaging procedure called fludeoxyglucose F-18 (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) works in predicting response to standard of care chemotherapy prior to surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage IIa-IIIc breast cancer. FDG is a radioactive tracer that is given in a vein before PET/CT imaging and helps to identify areas of active cancer. PET and CT are imaging techniques that make detailed, computerized pictures of areas inside... Read More

Modern Immunotherapy in BCG-Unresponsive, BCG-Relapsing and High Risk BCG-Naive Non-Muscle Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder
Recruiting
Upon successful screening and registration, enrollment to durvalumab monotherapy (cohort 1) will begin. If DLT criteria outlined in the protocol are exceeded with durvalumab monotherapy (cohort 1), the study will close. Provided the safety of durvalumab monotherapy is established, enrollment to combination regimen cohorts will proceed. Cohorts will simultaneously enroll in parallel to each other with patients assigned to cohorts based on patient slot availability and study site choice of radiati... Read More
