A Study to Examine the Safety of Different Doses of BG-68501 Given to Participants With Advanced-Stage Tumors
Recruiting
This study is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of BG-68501, a cyclin-dependent kinase-2 inhibitor (CDK2i), to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BG-68501 in participants with advanced, nonresectable, or metastatic solid tumors. The study will also identify a recommended dose for expansion (RDFE) in subsequent disease directed studies. The study will be conducted in 2 parts: Part 1 (dose escalation and safety e... Read More

Surgery Versus Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The development of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for the treatment of stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has inspired a close partnership between thoracic surgery and radiation oncology. In this study, patients with stage I NSCLC will be screened prior to treatment and will be consented after their treatment plan has been determined. Prospectively collected patient-reported outcomes (PROs) will be collected for 3 years, as will outcomes data.

Comparing Single vs Multiple Dose Radiation for Cancer Patients With Brain Metastasis and Receiving Immunotherapy
Recruiting
This study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is... Read More

Computed Tomography-Guided Stereotactic Adaptive Radiotherapy (CT-STAR) for the Treatment of Central and Ultra-Central Early-Stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This study will evaluate the impact of CT-guided adaptive stereotactic radiotherapy (CT-STAR) to central and ultra-central early-stage non-small cell lung cancers on grade 3 or greater toxicity. Online adaptive radiation therapy was until recently only done clinically on an integrated MRI-guided system, but recently, Varian Medical Systems has created a CT-guided radiotherapy machine capable of online adaptive radiotherapy (ETHOS). The vast majority of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for e... Read More

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B530, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Subjects With Solid Tumors That Express CEA and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Phase 1: What is the maximum or recommended dose of A2B530 that is safe for patients Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B530 kill the solid tumor cel... Solid Tumor Analysis for HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and Apheresis for CAR T- Cell Manufacturing
Recruiting
Objective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on... Read More

Imaging Study on Halcyon 4.0 System for Patients Receiving Radiation Therapy
Recruiting
This prospective imaging study is evaluating the feasibility of using the Halcyon 4.0 radiotherapy system for radiation therapy planning in patients with cancer. The Halcyon 4.0 system has been engineered to decrease the image acquisition time and the radiation exposure, but the system has not yet been clinically validated for use in radiation planning. This pilot study will evaluate images obtained on the Halcyon 4.0 system to assess if the quality is sufficient for radiation treatment plan con... Read More
