The goal of this clinical trial is to: 1) evaluate the safety and recommended dose of the drug OT-101/Trabedersen when combined with Pembrolizumab and 2) determine the efficacy of the combination therapy in adults with certain types of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. The main question(s) it aims to answer are: * What medical problems to participants have when taking OT101 together with Pembrolizumab? * What is the correct dose of OT-101 to use when evaluating the safety and efficacy of the combination therapy? * Does the combination therapy delay progression or relapse of the participant\'s Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer? Participants will: * Receive intravenous OT-101/Trabedersen for 4 days once every 2 weeks. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab,. Bevacizumab is an approved product, while Budigalimab and Azirkitug (ABBV-514) are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of Azirkitug (ABBV-514) in monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab. Approximately 512 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive Azirkitug (ABBV-514) as a monotherapy or in combination with Budigalimab or Bevacizumab as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to assess the safety and pharmacokinetic profile of PLB1004, a mono-anilino-pyrimidine compound, given alone in NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations，uncommon mutations, classical mutations (Ex19del and L858R), and drug-resistant mutation (T790M). Patients will be enrolled and dosed according to the most current protocol. This study is made of two Parts. Part 1 includes a dose escalation into 7 cohorts and patient allocation to these cohorts will be via slot allocation. Each cohort has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 patients for a total of 21 - 42 patients. The patient population of the dose escalation phase will include patients with advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR classical mutations or Ex20ins mutations, or uncommon mutations. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting.
