TIVDAK is used for the treatment of cervical cancer that has come back after chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a treatment that uses medicines to stop the growth of cancer cells. This is done either by killing the cells or by stopping them from growing. The purpose of this study is to learn about possible side effects of TIVDAK, specially to any side effect that is related to the eye. A side effect is anything a medicine does to your body that is not part of how the medicine treats disease. * This study is seeking for participants who: Are willing to take all the required eye tests * Have not received TIVDAK before * Do not have any active eye issues. Participants will receive TIVDAK once every 3 weeks as an infusion that will be injected into the vein. Participants will visit an eye care provider at 3 stages: * before starting the treatment, * before each of the first 9 infusions * then monthly for 3 months after they stop taking TIVDAK. This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone. OKI-219-101 is a Phase 1a/1b, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDx), and efficacy of OKI-219 as monotherapy and in combination with fulvestrant or trastuzumab. Phase 1a (Part A) will investigate escalating doses of OKI-219 monotherapy, and Phase 1b will investigate OKI-219 (at a tolerated dose determined in Part A) in combination with standard dose fulvestrant (Part B) or standard dose trastuzumab (Part C). This is a Phase III, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjuvant giredestrant compared with endocrine therapy of physician's choice in participants with medium- and high-risk Stage I-III histologically confirmed estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative early breast cancer. This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. This phase II/III trial compares the addition of nivolumab to the usual treatment of paclitaxel and ramucirumab to paclitaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with gastric or esophageal adenocarcinoma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Adding nivolumab to ramucirumab and paclitaxel may work better to treat patients with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer.
