The Mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I) Registry is an ongoing, observational database that tracks the outcomes of patients with MPS I. The data collected by the MPS I Registry will provide information to better characterize the natural history and progression of MPS I as well as the clinical responses of patients receiving enzyme replacement therapy, such as Aldurazyme (Recombinant Human Alpha-L-Iduronidase), or other treatment modalities. This is an interventional, randomized, parallel group, treatment, Phase IIb, double blind, 4-arm study to assess the effect of pegylated-recombinant-human interleukin-2 (rezpegaldesleukin) in adult participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The estimated duration is 15-35 days for screening and then up to approximately day 378 (last dose on day 280 + 98 days safety follow-up) for all patients. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting condition causing inflammation that can affect any part of the gut. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TAK-279 versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD). The main aim of this study is to learn if the 3 different doses of TAK-279 reduce bowel inflammation and ulcers in the bowel compared to the placebo after 12 weeks of treatment. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. An endoscopy will be used to check the bowel for inflammation. The participants will be treated with TAK-279 for 52 weeks (1 year). This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding durvalumab to chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone before surgery in treating patients with upper urinary tract cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, and gemcitabine work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat women who have sleep disturbances associated with menopause. Menopause is part of a natural aging process and happens when women's menstrual cycles, also called periods, stop. Sleep disturbances, for example, frequent waking up at night, are a common and bothersome symptom associated with menopause that affects women's quality of life. The study treatment Elinzanetant (also called BAY 3427080) is under development to treat symptoms like hot flashes which are caused by hormonal changes associated with menopause. It may block the activity of a protein that has been found to contribute to sleep disturbances. The main purpose of this study is to learn how does elinzanetant affect sleep disturbances associated with menopause as measured on a sleep test called polysomnography (PSG) as compared with placebo. For this, the researchers will analyze change in the total number of minutes a participant wakes up at night after going to sleep after 4 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment change in the total number of minutes a participant wakes up at night after going to sleep after 12 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment change in the participant's total time asleep while in bed after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment. The study participants will be randomly (by chance) assigned to one of two treatment groups. Dependent on the group, they will take elinzanetant or placebo for 12 weeks. Each participant will be in the study for approximately 22 weeks (plus potential washout period), including a screening phase of up to 6 weeks, 12 weeks of treatment, and a follow up phase of 4 weeks after the end of treatment. 5 visits to the study site are planned. TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors will be treated with a drug or drug regimen tailored to their NGS assay results at screening. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate cohort based on their genetic alteration(s).
