The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if this ergonomic protocol can improve performance and reduce ergonomic risk in esports athletes. It will also learn about the insight of esports athletes and their experience in implementing this new protocol. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does this ergonomic protocol improve performance? Does this ergonomic protocol reduce ergonomic risk? Researchers will assign the protocol to esports athletes who meet inclusion criteria and express interest in participating in the study. A pre-post design will be conducted to note any differences. Participants will: * Participate in a 6-week study with 4 in-person visits * Volunteers will be requested to participate in a focus group during Week 6. * Implement the strengthening protocol 3x a week and a warm up/cool down protocol before and after each gaming session. * Attend one educational session about gaming ergonomics during Week 1 * Complete the Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Kovaaks Asessment, and a Questionnaire during Week Zero, Week 3, and Week 6. The goal of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the FloStent, a medical device used to treat men with symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, compared to sham (procedure without deployment of the FloStent). All participants will undergo a flexible cystoscopy and those randomized to the treatment arm will receive the FloStent, while those randomized to the sham arm will not receive the FloStent. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug, CIN-103, can help reduce the symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea (IBS-D) in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-103 on symptoms of IBS-D when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo. * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-103 when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo Participants will attend the following visits: * Screening Period (1 Visit) * Baseline Period (1 Visit) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued participation. * 12-Week Treatment Period (5 Visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth. * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in the protocol. * Follow- Up Period (1 Visit) Researchers will compare CIN-103 Dose 1, CIN-103 Dose 2, and placebo, to evaluate the clinical response to multiple dose strengths of CIN-103 relative to placebo on abdominal pain and stool consistency along with safety and tolerability. The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematous in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, dose-ranging Phase 2 study. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR443122 compared to placebo in participants with moderate to severe UC. Dose selection for further clinical development will be based on the multiple efficacy, safety and PK parameters. The study consists of 4 parallel arms (3 dose groups of SAR443122 vs placebo) to assess the efficacy and safety of SAR443122 in participants with moderate to severe UC. All participants will receive a total of 52 weeks (a 12-week induction treatment phase and a 40-week maintenance phase) of study treatment, except if treatment should be discontinued per investigator's assessment. At the end of the first 12 weeks of induction treatment, all participants in clinical response or remission will be offered study treatment up to 40 weeks and will continue with the same blinded treatment that was assigned. Participants who do not achieve clinical response or remission at the end of the initial 12 weeks induction treatment will roll over in an open-label treatment arm and will be treated with SAR443122 at the highest tested dose. In addition, participants from the maintenance treatment that lose clinical efficacy at any time up to V10/Week 40 (Week 28 of maintenance) will be offered to roll over in the open-label treatment arm with SAR443122 at the highest dose. This study will enroll participants with urothelial cancer (UC). UC can include cancer of the bladder, kidney, or the tubes that carry pee through the body (ureter, urethra). This study will try to find out if the drugs disitamab vedotin with pembrolizumab works better than platinum-containing chemotherapy to treat patients with UC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs together. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants in this study will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or spread near where it started (locally advanced). In this study, there are 2 different groups. Participants will be assigned to a group randomly. Participants in the disitamab vedotin arm will get the study drug disitamab vedotin once every two weeks and pembrolizumab once every 6 weeks. Participants in the standard of care arm will get gemcitabine once a week for 2 weeks with either cisplatin or carboplatin once every 3 weeks. Read Less

This trial will look at a drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A) alone and with pembrolizumab, with or without chemotherapy, to find out whether it is safe for people who have solid tumors. It will study sigvotatug vedotin to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether sigvotatug vedotin works to treat solid tumors. The study will have four parts. * Part A of the study will find out how much sigvotatug vedotin should be given to participants. * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is and if it works to treat solid tumors. * Part C of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs. * Part D will include people who have not received treatment. This part of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs and if these combinations work to treat solid tumors. * In Parts C and D, participants will receive sigvotatug vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin. This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less
