This is a first-in-human (FIH), open label Phase 1/1b / Phase 2 study in patients with advanced metastatic solid tumors refractory to standard treatment. Phase 1 will identify potential optimal biologically relevant doses (OBRD) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MBRC-101 at one 1 or more dosing regimens. Phase 1b will evaluate the safety and preliminary clinical activity of MBRC-101 at potential OBRDs. Phase 1 and Phase 1b will both characterize single and multiple-dose PK profiles and evaluate incidence and persistence of anti-MBRC-101 Ab. The purpose of this study is to find out how cancer treatments (chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy) affect reproductive and sexual health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. The study researchers will observe and track changes in hormone levels and in sexual and reproductive health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. The purpose of this study is to test if immunotherapy with nivolumab alone or in combination with ipilimumab is safe and does not delay the planned bladder cancer surgery. The investigators want to see if treatment with these drugs prior to surgery may decrease the size of the bladder cancer and thus could help make the surgery more successful. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental CAR T cell therapy called 27T51, referred to as study drug. The study drug is a MUC16 targeting immune cell therapy focused on adult female participants with recurrent or difficult to treat epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. This study has two (2) major parts: Phase 1a Dose Escalation and Phase 1b Dose Expansion. The aim of the dose escalation part will be to test the safety of 27T51 in a small number of participants to find the highest dose given to humans without unacceptable side effects. The aim of the dose expansion part will be to test 27T51 at the established dose level(s) from the dose escalation part and may include other medications given in combination with 27T51. Information collected from this study will help researchers understand more fully whether this immune cell therapy, also known as CAR T cell therapy, can be safely used to treat solid tumors such as ovarian cancer. To evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of Preoperative ChemoRadiation and FOLFOXIRI and to Escalate Complete Response for Rectal Cancer patients.Go through laboratory and medical tests to verify eligibility to enter the study, receive the experimental combination of drugs (chemoradiation (capecitabine and radiation) + FOLFOXIRI (Oxaliplatin, leucovorin, irinotecan, and fluorouracil) prior to surgery and undergo laboratory tests and study procedures on specified days during the study period, complete end of study evaluations and tests, and participate in post-study follow up every three months for three to four years. The purpose of this study is to see how the cancer treatment affects the ovaries. Cancer treatment can make it hard for a person to conceive a child in the future. It may also bring on early menopause. We will check blood levels of hormones that the ovaries produce. We will do this before, during, and after the cancer treatment. We will also ask the patient to fill out questionnaires about their menstrual cycle (periods) and information about your health and pregnancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BGB-B3227 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab with or without chemotherapy in participants with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
