The goal of this study is to determine the feasibility of administration of a single dose of E7 TCR-T cells as induction therapy prior to definitive treatment (chemoradiation or surgery) of locoregionally advanced HPV-associated cancers. The intent of E7 TCR-T cell treatment is to shrink or eliminate tumors and thereby facilitate definitive therapy and increase overall survival. This study seeks to determine 1) if E7 TCR-T cells can be administered without undue delay in definitive treatment, 2) the tumor response rate to E7 TCR-T cell treatment, and 3) the disease-free survival rate at 2 and 5 years. Participants will undergo an apheresis procedure to obtain T cells that will be genetically engineered to generate E7 TCR-T cells. They will receive a conditioning regimen, a single infusion of their own E7 TCR-T cells, and adjuvant aldesleukin. This is a phase II clinical trial to assess the clinical activity of immunotherapy with E7 TCR-T cells for metastatic HPV-associated cancers. The purpose of this study is to compare two types of imaging for sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping in people with early-stage vulvar cancer. The researchers will compare indocyanine green near-infrared (ICG-NIR) imaging with lymphoscintigraphy. All participants in this study will be scheduled for standard surgical treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). This surgical treatment includes SLN mapping (with both lymphoscintigraphy and ICG-NIR imaging) and SLN biopsy. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to see how cancer treatment affects sexual and reproductive function. The patient will also be asked to participate in blood draws to see if and how cancer treatment affects the ovaries and the ability to have children (fertility). The purpose of the study is to modify a type of counseling called "Individual Meaning Centered Psychotherapy" to meet the needs of Chinese cancer patients. Many cancer patients use counseling or other resources to help cope with the emotional burden of their illnesses. Counseling often helps them cope with cancer by giving them a place to express their feelings. "Meaning-Centered" counseling aims to teach cancer patients how to maintain or even increase a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives, despite cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is learn more about how being treated for breast cancer affects patients' employment. Researchers are testing an early version of a mobile app designed to help breast cancer patients keep their jobs during and after treatment. The app provides advice for patients to use when having conversations about breast cancer with their employers and their doctors. The app is called TEAMWork (Talking to Employers And Medical staff about Work). In this study, the investigators are asking breast cancer patients who are about to receive treatment or who are currently receiving treatment to tell us what aspects of the app work well, so that they can learn how to improve it. Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less
