Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met over-expressed refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of ABBV-400. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of ABBV-400 or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met over-expressed (OE) refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused ABBV-400 or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this study is to look at how differences in cognitive (mental) function develop over time in breast cancer survivors compared to volunteers without a history of cancer (healthy volunteers). Both cancer survivors and healthy volunteers (who are the same age as the cancer survivors) will participate in this study so the researchers can compare the results of neurocognitive testing (which looks at memory, attention, and information processing) on each group of participants. The purpose of this study is to see whether combining 2141-V11 with various standard treatments is an effective treatment approach for prostate cancer. 2141-V11 works by activating the immune system to find and kill cancer cells. Researchers will look at whether this treatment approach is able to completely get rid of cancer in participants, and they will check for the presence of minimal residual disease (MRD) in participants. Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

This is an open-label, multi-center, multi-cohort, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of selected HER2-expressing tumors. This study will consist of Part 1 which includes 7 cohorts of: urothelial bladder cancer, biliary tract cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and rare tumors; and Part 2 which includes 5 cohorts A to E of: A) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 3+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), B) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 2+/ISH+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), C) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ endometrial cancer, D) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ ovarian cancer, and E) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ cervical cancer.
