Patients will receive a vaccine called SurVaxM on this study. While vaccines are usually thought of as ways to prevent diseases, vaccines can also be used to treat cancer. The Pivotal Study of RapidPulseTM Aspiration System

The goal of this clinical trials is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness for the RapidPulseTM Aspiration System in patients experiencing acute ischemic stroke within 8 hours of symptom onset or last seen normal. Subjects will undergo mechanical thrombectomy (a procedure to remove a clot in the brain which is preventing blood flow), with the RapidPulseTM Aspiration System. Participation in the trial is for 90 days.

ADNI4 continues the previously funded ADNI1, ADNI-GO, ADNI2, and ADNI3 studies that have combined public/private collaborations between academia and industry to determine the relationships between the clinical, cognitive, imaging, genetic and biochemical biomarker characteristics of the entire spectrum of AD.
