A Study of Alisertib in Combination With Endocrine Therapy in Patients With HR-positive, HER2-negative Recurrent or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Recruiting
PUMA-ALI-1201 is a randomized, dose optimization, multicenter, Phase 2 study of alisertib administered in combination with endocrine therapy in participants with pathology-confirmed HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) following progression on or after at least two prior lines of endocrine therapy in the recurrent or metastatic setting. This study is intended to evaluate the optimal alisertib dose administered in combination with the selected endocrine therapy. The study is a... Read More

This is a Study to Learn About How the Combination of the Study Medicines Sigvotatug Vedotin Plus Pembrolizumab Works in People With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With High Levels of PD-L1.
Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to compare how the new combination treatment (Sigvotatug Vedotin plus pembrolizumab) works compared to pembrolizumab alone in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high levels of PD-L1. This is a protein that acts as a kind of "brake" to keep the body's immune responses under control.
The study is seeking for participants who:
* Are confirmed to have NSCLC (Stage 3 or 4).
* Have PD-L1 levels in more than 50% of the cancer cells.
All participants in... Read More

Recruiting
This is a study evaluating the efficacy and safety of MK-1084 with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with identified Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C (KRAS G12C) mutation and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%. There are two primary study hypotheses:
Hypothesis 1: Combination of MK-1084 and pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with re... Read More

An Automated Personalized Physical Activity Intervention to Improve Immune Function and Clinical Outcomes in Stage II-IV Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal or Fallopian Tube Cancer and Newly Diagnosed Endometrial Cancer, Life on the Go 3 Study
Recruiting
This clinical trial compares the effect of an automated personalized physical activity intervention supported by wearable technology to standard of care on physical activity levels and quality of life in patients with stage II- IV ovarian, primary peritoneal, fallopian tube cancer or endometrial cancer that is newly diagnosed. Physical activity is a modifiable risk factor for the prevention and treatment of many diseases. In fact, increased levels of physical activity have been shown to decrease... Read More

Tamoxifen and Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin for the Treatment of Patients With Metastatic or Inoperable, Locally Advanced Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well tamoxifen and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin works in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and is unable to be operated on (inoperable). Tamoxifen works by blocking the effects of estrogen in the breast. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. D... Read More

Small Cell Lung Cancer Community Engagement to Eliminate Research Discepancies
Recruiting
This study will evaluate if a direct-to-patient, de-centralized, remote approach will improve clinical research outreach and engagement for patients with SCLC, in the context of a bio-specimen collection study. The study will also assess self-reported preferences and needs of patients with SCLC, regarding choosing and accessing novel therapies in research or standard clinical care settings and supportive gaps in this area, through an initial and 3 month follow up survey.

GT103 in Combination With Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Advanced or Metastatic STK11 Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well GT103 in combination with pembrolizumab works in treating patients with STK11 mutant non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Carboplatin Chemotherapy Before Surgery for People With High-Risk Prostate Cancer and an Inherited BRCA1 or BRCA2 Gene Mutation
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well carboplatin before surgery works in treating patients with high-risk prostate cancer and an inherited BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving carboplatin before surgery may shrink tumors in patients with h... Read More

Recruiting
Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
