The purpose of this study is to look at two standard surgical techniques used during a radical cystectomy and see whether they influence outcomes such as length of stay in the hospital and infections after surgery. This trial will evaluate whether the following surgical methods influence outcomes: A ureteral stent is a thin tube that is placed in the ureter to drain urine from the kidney. Ureteral stents are often used to promote urine drainage after radical cystectomy, but may come at risk of urinary tract infection. Alvimopan is a standard drug used to promote return of bowel function following surgery. Doctors do not know whether alvimopan is beneficial in current clinical practice. The surgeon will decide whether participants will receive a stent and/or alvimopan, but if they are unsure what the best approach is, a surgical technique has been assigned by chance to them. This study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is a lower dose of radiation given over a few days to determine if FSRS is better or worse at reducing side effects than usual care treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of exercise therapy on indicators of prostate cancer in people with low-risk prostate cancer who are on active surveillance. The exercise therapy in this study will be regular home-based walking sessions on a treadmill, and that therapy will be assigned by an exercise physiologist (a medical professional who studies how exercise affects the human body). Some participants in this study will have the assigned exercise therapy, and some participants will participate in their usual exercise routines. Researchers will compare how the assigned exercise therapy and the usual exercise routines affect indicators of prostate cancer in participants. The purpose of this study is to find the level of aerobic exercise (AT) that is practical, is safe, and has positive effects on the body that may reduce the side effects of therapy. The study will also look at the way the body responds to exercise and whether there are differences in treatment. This will include looking at the highest treatment dose participants receive, how many people stop, delay, or reduce the treatment, and whether additional medication is needed to treat side effects of therapy. The purpose of this study to find out whether an intensive approach to treating high blood pressure during breast cancer treatment is safe and more effective than standard blood pressure treatment at lowering blood pressure levels and the risk of cardiotoxicity in patients with cancer. The goal of this multi-center randomized clinical trial is to evaluate the added value of needle based confocal laser endomicroscopy (nCLE)-imaging to regular diagnostic bronchoscopic peripheral lung lesion analysis on the diagnostic yield in patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules suspect for malignancy. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: To determine if the addition of nCLE-imaging to conventional diagnostic bronchoscopic peripheral lung lesion analysis results in an improved diagnostic yield (defined as the proportion of patients in whom the bronchoscopic procedure results in a definitive diagnosis out of the total number of patients that have received the diagnostic bronchoscopic procedure). Participants will undergo diagnostic bronchoscopy either with or without the addition of nCLE imaging before each TBNA. Based on the feedback of the CLE images on (in)correct placement of the needle, the needle might be repositioned before sampling.
