This phase Ib trial is to find out the best dose decitabine/cedazuridine and possible benefits and/or side effects of decitabine/cedazuridine and enzalutamide in treating patients with castrate resistant prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as decitabine/cedazuridine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Enzalutamide blocks the use of androgen by the tumor cells. Giving decitabine/cedazuridine together with enzalutamide may reverse or help prevent the acquired therapeutic resistance that is observed when enzalutamide is used alone. This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial tests whether carboplatin and pemetrexed with or without selpercatinib works to shrink tumors in patients with RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has not responded to previous RET directed therapy. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Selpercatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving selpercatinib in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed may help lower the chance of the cancer growing and spreading. Read Less

This study is open to adults with advanced cancer in the biliary tract, pancreas, lung, or bladder. This is a study for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or no treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 907828 helps people with cancer in the biliary tract, pancreas, lung, or bladder. BI 907828 is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. All participants take BI 907828 as a tablet once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue to take BI 907828 as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. They visit the study site regularly. At the study site, doctors regularly check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body. This Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study is conducted in patients with previously treated selected solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), high-grade neuroendocrine cancer of any primary site, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and tumors with L-MYC or N-MYC amplification. Patients receive escalating doses of a GSPT1 molecular glue degrader MRT-2359 to determine safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of MRT-2359. This study will test the safety of a drug called SGN-BB228 in participants with melanoma and other solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread through the body. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have 3 parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much SGN-BB228 should be given to participants. This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment alone or with other anticancer drugs for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. In Part A, the treatment will be given to participants every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. In Part D, participants will be given treatment on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle. Participants in Part D will get tisotumab vedotin with either: Pembrolizumab or, Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or Pembrolizumab and cisplatin In Part E, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. In Part F, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Participants in Part F will get tisotumab vedotin with pembrolizumab. This study is designed to assess the antitumor efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with BCG, compared to BCG monotherapy, in participants with HR NMIBC that is either persistent or recurrent following adequate BCG induction (Cohort A), or that is naïve to BCG treatment (Cohort B). The primary hypothesis for Cohort A is that the combination of pembrolizumab plus BCG has a superior complete response rate (CRR) as assessed by central pathology review compared to BCG in participants with carcinoma in situ (CIS). The primary hypothesis for Cohort B is that the combination of pembrolizumab plus BCG (either reduced maintenance or full maintenance) has a superior Event Free Survival (EFS) compared to BCG.
