This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767), combined with a medication called cemiplimab (also called REGN2810), individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab by itself. This is a phase 1/2 multicenter, open-label umbrella platform study that will evaluate the safety and efficacy of sacituzumab tirumotecan (MK-2870) plus paclitaxel versus ramucirumab plus paclitaxel, for the treatment of participants with advanced or metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma, or esophageal adenocarcinoma who have failed 1 prior line of therapy. This study will test whether minoxidil taken by mouth (oral minoxidil) can improve hair loss caused by cancer treatment in children and young adults. In addition, the researchers will test the safety of oral minoxidil, and see if the study drug causes few or mild side effects in participants. Other purposes of this study include looking at whether participants are able to follow their study drug dosing schedules, and how oral minoxidil affects participants' quality of life. Read Less

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Cohorts 1-8 receive ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up period. Cohort 9 receives ABBV-400 in combination with a strong CYP3A3 inhibitor (ITZ) followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 285 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive \[HR+\]/HER2-breast cancer \[BC\]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), Platinum Resistant High Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (PROC)/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 54 sites worldwide. In cohorts 1-8, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, HNSCC, and PROC/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy and in cohort 9 participants will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 and an oral solution of ITZ, for up to 3 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Nutritional status is a measurable and modifiable factor that is often not considered during treatment and its clinical impact undervalued due in part to the heavy demands on clinicians in low and middle income countries to deliver therapy to large numbers of patients. The proposed study will create a biobank of clinical data and biological specimens which will foster future studies on cancer progression and prognosis as well as toxicities during treatment which may impact survivorship and late-effects. Eligible patients must be between 3 years and 18 years of age at time of assent/consent, have newly diagnosed B- or T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or mixed phenotype acute leukemia confirmed by pathology report, and must be receiving treatment at one of the participating centers. Patients receiving hematopoietic cell transplant will be excluded. Institutions were selected to ensure representation of several global health indicators related to nutritional status and wealth classification according to the World Bank. Data related to demographic variables (socioeconomic status, food security), lifestyle habits (diet, physical activity), nutritional anthropometrics (height, weight and arm anthropometry), and nutritional biological indices (stool and blood) will be collected at designated timepoints throughout treatment and one year after the end of treatment.
