This study is a first-in-human (FIH) Phase 1 study of BGB-B2033 to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of the BGB-B2033 in participants with advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)-producing gastric cancer (GC), extragonadal yolk sac tumors, non-dysgerminomas, or glypican-3 (GPC3)-positive squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study will also identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of BGB-B2033 alone and in combination with tislelizumab for subsequent studies. BGB-B2033 will be administered by intravenous infusion. Research has shown that music-based activities may help improve brain functions, such as attention, memory, and executive function. Because of this past research, the researchers are doing this study to find out whether telehealth music therapy is a practical treatment for cognitive difficulties in blood cancer survivors. The researchers will also study whether music therapy and music education help improve cognitive function and other common symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and/or tiredness. Read Less

RBS2418 (investigational product) is a specific immune modulator, working through ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase I (ENPP1), designed to lead to anti-tumor immunity by increasing endogenous 2'-3'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate (cGAMP) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP levels) and reducing adenosine production in the tumors. RBS2418 has the potential to be an important therapeutic option for subjects both as monotherapy and in combination with other cancer treatments including monotherapy and in combination with other cancer treatments including immunotherapy or chemotherapy. This study is an open-label, multi-site Phase 1a/1b study of RBS2418, a selective ENPP1 inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab or other approved anticancer therapies or as a monotherapy in subjects with advanced unresectable, recurrent or metastatic tumors. The purpose of this study is to find the highest safe dose of hu5B1-TCO and the best dosing schedule of hu5B1-TCO and 64Cu-Tz-SarAr for finding cancer cells that are CA19-9 positive. This study will also help to find out how much radiation the body is exposed to when 64Cu-Tz-SarAr is used, and provide information on the way the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 64Cu-Tz-SarAr. The researchers are doing this study is to find out whether treating brain metastasis with SRS after 3 months of therapy with osimertinib is better than treating with osimertinib alone in people with NSCLC. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of abemaciclib in combination with 5-fluorouracil and how well it works in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and that has not responded to treatment (refractory). Abemaciclib, a type of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, blocks certain proteins, which may help keep tumor cells from growing. 5-fluorouracil, a type of antimetabolite, stops cells from making deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Giving abemaciclib in combination with 5-fluorouracil may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with metastatic and refractory colorectal cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to see whether using the copper-64 (64Cu) or zirconium-89 (89Zr) radiolabeled PSMA-targeting C' dot tracer, termed 64Cu-NOTA-PSMAi-PEG-Cy5.5-C' dots or 89Zr-DFO-PSMAi-PEG-Cy5.5-C' dots, is a safe way to identify tumor cells before and during surgery for prostate cancer. The researchers want to determine whether pre-operative PET/MRI scans and intra-operative optical imaging performed in prostate cancer patients after the injection of one of these investigational tracers more accurately localizes cancerous deposits within the surgical bed as compared with conventional imaging scans alone. The purpose of this study is to look at how differences in cognitive (mental) function develop over time in breast cancer survivors compared to volunteers without a history of cancer (healthy volunteers). Both cancer survivors and healthy volunteers (who are the same age as the cancer survivors) will participate in this study so the researchers can compare the results of neurocognitive testing (which looks at memory, attention, and information processing) on each group of participants. This early phase oncology trial will be conducted at various study centers to investigate the safety, tolerability, and antitumor activity of STC-15 (a METTL3 inhibitor) in combination with toripalimab (anti- programmed cell death 1 \[PD-1\]) in four different locally advanced unresectable or metastatic tumors such as indications: (1) in combination with toripalimab (anti- programmed cell death 1 \[PD-1\]) in locally advanced and unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), (2) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced unresectable or metastatic melanoma, (3) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced unresectable or metastatic endometrial cancers, and (4) in combination with toripalimab in locally advanced or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This study comprises of 2 parts: a combination dose escalation part (Phase 1b) followed by an assessment of the combination treatment's antitumor activity (Phase 2). This study is being done to see if a new psychotherapy intervention called Cancer and Aging: Reflections for Elders (CARE) can effectively treat depression and distress in older cancer patients. CARE is a 5-session intervention that takes place over the phone. This study will compare CARE with the Social Work and Supportive Counseling (SWSC) intervention, which also takes place over the phone. SWSC is a standard psychotherapeutic intervention that has been shown to be a supportive and effective form of treatment for distress for patients with cancer. The researchers will look at which intervention is more effective in treating depression and distress in participants. Read Less
