This clinical trial evaluates the impact of an education and navigation support tool (ENST) on patient and caregiver participation in care coordination for bladder cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced), to other places in the body (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Patients with advanced bladder cancer tend to be older, have multiple medical conditions and often have poor access to health care. An ENST may be an effective method to improve participation in treatment decision-making and care planning among patients with locally advanced, metastatic and unresectable bladder cancer and their caregivers. This study is about TAK-500, given either alone or with pembrolizumab, in adults with select locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The aims of the study are: to assess the safety profile of TAK-500 when given alone and when given with pembrolizumab. to assess the anti-tumor effects of TAK-500, when given alone and when given with pembrolizumab, in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Participants may receive TAK-500 for up to 1 year. Participants may continue with their treatment if they have continuing benefit and if this is approved by their study doctor. Participants who are receiving TAK-500 either alone or with pembrolizumab will continue with their treatment until their disease progresses or until they or their study doctor decide they should stop this treatment. This is a Phase 1/2 study of EPI-7386 orally administered in combination with enzalutamide in subjects with mCRPC. Phase 1 of the study will be a single-arm dose escalation study of EPI-7386 in combination with a fixed dose of enzalutamide. This portion of the study will primarily evaluate the safety and tolerability of the drug combination and establish the RP2CDs for EPI-7386 and enzalutamide when dosed in combination. In addition, blood sampling will be conducted for PK evaluation to assess the potential DDI between the two drugs. Once the RP2CD for each drug has been established, Phase 2 of the study will commence. Phase 2 is a two-arm, randomized (2:1), open-label study. Approximately 120 subjects will be randomized 2:1 to: Group 1: EPI-7386 at the RP2CD + enzalutamide(depending on the results of the Phase 1) (n=80) Group 2: Enzalutamide single agent (n=40) The planned dose of enzalutamide and EPI-7386 for the combination arm will be those determined in the Phase 1 of this study based on safety and exposure data. This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center seamless phase II to phase III randomized clinical trial designed to compare SST with or without PET-directed local therapy in improving the castration-resistant prostate cancer-free survival (CRPC-free survival) for Veterans with oligometastatic prostate cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the Objective Response Rate (ORR) of zolbetuzimab as a single agent as assessed by an independent central reader. The purpose of this study is to test the safety of the study drug 2141-V11 in people whose NMIBC did not respond to standard treatment, and who will not have the standard surgical procedure to remove the bladder. The researchers will test different doses of 2141-V11 to see which dose is safest in people. The researchers will also do tests to see how the body absorbs, distributes, and gets rid of 2141-V11. This study is one of the first to test 2141-V11 in people, and the first to test 2141-V11 delivered through a catheter into the bladder. Read Less
