This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. This study is an open-label dose escalation study (Phase 1a) to investigate the safety and toxicity of intravesical treatment of high-grade NMIBC (HGTa or CIS, including CIS with concomitant Ta) after transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) and/or biopsy using TARA-002 in adults unable to obtain intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG), adults who have received at least one dose of intravesical BCG or adults who have received at least one dose of intravesical chemotherapy. Dosing will start in subjects with HGTa or CIS (including CIS with concomitant Ta), and all subjects will receive 6 weeks of treatment at a fixed volume with varying dose levels. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to find the level of aerobic exercise (AT) that is practical, is safe, and has positive effects on the body that may reduce the side effects of therapy. The study will also look at the way the body responds to exercise and whether there are differences in treatment. This will include looking at the highest treatment dose participants receive, how many people stop, delay, or reduce the treatment, and whether additional medication is needed to treat side effects of therapy. The purpose of this research is to study the safety and effects of single-dose psilocybin 25mg versus an active placebo (single dose niacin 100mg) in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and existential distress (i.e., loss of meaning and hope; fear of death) in advanced cancer (i.e., stage 3 or 4). Prospective, multi-center, open label, non-randomized clinical trial to assess efficacy of [18F]FAPI-74 to detect FAP expressing cells in patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, gastric, pancreatic and colorectal cancer. The [18F]FAPI-74 PET scan will be acquired in patients with proven GI cancers after initial staging using institutional standard methods. The PET scan results will be compared to FAP immunohistochemistry (as the primary objective) and histopathology (as the secondary objective) of the biopsied or resected tissues. Read Less

This study evaluates navtemadlin as maintenance treatment for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) who have achieved complete response or partial response on chemotherapy.
