This study includes a Dose Escalation Part to identify the recommended combination dose (RCD) and a Dose Expansion Part to further evaluate efficacy and safety. The primary objectives: Dose Escalation: To assess the safety and tolerability of HER3-DXd (patritumab deruxtecan; U3-1402) and osimertinib in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or L858R mutation with tumor progression after treatment with osimertinib, and to determine the recommended combination dose (RCD). Second-Line Dose Expansion Arm 1 and Arm 1b: To assess the preliminary antitumor activity of HER3-DXd and osimertinib in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with an EGFR exon 19 deletion or L858R mutation with tumor progression after treatment with osimertinib. Genetic testing can also help determine a person's chance of getting or passing on a genetic disorder. Genetic tests use a sample of blood, hair, skin, or other tissue, and they can look at one gene or multiple genes at the same time. Genetic testing may change the options for treating people with certain types of cancer. For example, some medications are more helpful for the treatment of cancer in people with certain gene changes (mutations). The researchers are doing this study to develop new educational materials about genetic testing for people who speak different languages and have diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. During the study, the staff will interview participants with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds and ask them to review a sample of the educational materials that have been developed so far. The researchers are doing this study to look at the health outcomes of people with advanced ovarian cancer who have a second look laparoscopy (SLL) after they complete their first course of chemotherapy. The researchers will compare the health outcomes of people who have minimal residual disease (MRD-small amounts of cancer cells in the body after a person receives treatment) at the time of SLL with the health outcomes of people who do not have MRD at the time of SLL. The researchers are also doing this study to determine if SLL is safe and practical (feasible) in people with advanced ovarian cancer who have completed the first course of therapy for their disease. The purpose of this study is to look at how differences in cognitive (mental) function develop over time in breast cancer survivors compared to volunteers without a history of cancer (healthy volunteers). Both cancer survivors and healthy volunteers (who are the same age as the cancer survivors) will participate in this study so the researchers can compare the results of neurocognitive testing (which looks at memory, attention, and information processing) on each group of participants. TScan Therapeutics is developing cellular therapies across multiple solid tumors in which autologous participant-derived T cells are engineered to express a T cell receptor that recognizes cancer-associated antigens presented on specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules. The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing.
