The purpose of this registry study is to create a database-a collection of information-for better understanding young onset colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer patients are considered to have young onset colorectal cancer if they are diagnosed with their cancer before the age of 50. Researchers will use the information from this database to learn more about how young onset colorectal cancer may be similar to or different from colorectal cancer that is diagnosed later in life. The purpose of this study is to study the way radioembolization works by collecting biopsy samples of participants' tumors after the procedure. This research may improve the way that radioembolization is performed, which could help people whose cancer has spread to the liver. The researchers are doing this study to compare two different types of group therapy and find out whether they are effective approaches for helping breast cancer survivors manage joint pain caused by aromatase inhibitors (AI). This type of joint pain is called AI-associated arthralgia, or AIA, and it is common in people taking AIs. AIA and its associated symptoms can make some people decide to stop taking their medication. The study will look at the effects of two different types of group therapy on participants' cancer-related symptoms (such as pain, fatigue, and anxiety), their ability to continue taking AIs on a regular schedule, and their quality of life. We will measure participants' quality of life by having them fill out questionnaires. Both groups will have 2-hour group therapy sessions once a week, over the course of 8 weeks. This phase III trial studies how well carvedilol works in preventing cardiac toxicity in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. The goal of the DRAGON PLC clinical trial is to determine whether portal vein embolization (PVE) combined with hepatic vein embolization (HVE) improves resectability and overall survival in patients with initially unresectable primary liver cancer compared to standard PVE alone. This trial specifically focuses on patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. The main questions this trial aims to answer are whether combined PVE and HVE increases the proportion of patients who become resectable within 3 weeks and improves 5-year overall survival compared to PVE alone by enhancing liver hypertrophy. Participants will: * Undergo either standard PVE or combined PVE and HVE. * Have regular imaging to assess liver resectability. * Be monitored for survival outcomes up to 5 years after intervention. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of using brodalumab in patients who develop side effects from cancer immune therapy. Immune-related side effects are due to activation of the immune system in patients who previously received immunotherapy and the goal of this study is to help better control these side effects. Brodalumab is often used to treat patients with autoimmune diseases (diseases where the immune system is activated against normal organs) and safe doses and treatment schedules have been determined in these patients. Immune-related side effects appear to closely mirror these autoimmune conditions. Brodalumab has not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in immunotherapy side effects but it has been approved for treatment of autoimmune conditions. Breast-conserving surgery followed by re-irradiation with partial breast irradiation (rPBI) has recently been found to be a safe alternative to mastectomy for women who have undergone prior whole breast radiation. By reducing the volume of tissue receiving radiation, rPBI has been associated with less toxicity and improved cosmetic outcomes. For many women with early-stage breast cancer, shorter 1-week (5-fraction) courses of breast radiation (ultra-fractionation) have been found to be equivalent to longer fractionation schedules in the upfront treatment setting. These 1-week schedules are more convenient for patients, with fewer treatments and shorter overall treatment time. The investigators hypothesize that a 1-week ultra-hypofractionated rPBI regimen following breast-conserving surgery (BCS) for local recurrence or new primary breast cancer in the previously irradiated breast (LR) will be associated with acceptable toxicity at 1 year (\<13% grade \>3 toxicity). This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. Approximately 320 participants are estimated to be randomized into the study. Participants enrolled will be randomized to DZD9008 or platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in a 1:1 manner, stratified by baseline brain metastasis (with/without). Read Less
