The researchers are doing this study to see if one session of high-dose contrast-enhanced MRI-guided SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) is effective for colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The researchers will evaluate how well the study treatment can prevent the liver metastasis from growing and spreading. The researchers are doing this study to find out if a PFME program to reduce urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy is feasible for people with prostate cancer. The researchers will track how many participants join the study, follow the program, and stay in the study. They will also evaluate how people feel about their experience and satisfaction with participating in this program through interviews. They will also measure participants' quality of life by filling out questionnaires, and we will study whether the program shows promise in reducing urinary incontinence. Radical prostatectomy sometimes causes incontinence after the surgery. The researchers think that by teaching PFME and strengthening and improving control of the pelvic floor muscles, PFME training before and after radical prostatectomy may help reduce incontinence and/or reduce how long incontinence lasts. This study intends to explore feasibility, acceptability, and outcomes related to the use of a digital health coaching intervention for individuals who have completed primary therapy for cancer. Up to 625 individuals with diverse cancer diagnoses will be enrolled across up to 8 clinical sites to participate in a randomized wait-list control study. Those in the intervention group will receive 6 months of digital coaching up front followed by 6 months of ongoing monitoring via patient reported and clinical outcomes, as well as wearable data. Those in the control group will be monitored via patient reported and clinical outcomes as well as wearable data for the first 6 months followed by 6 months of digital health coaching. Both groups will collect fecal microbiome samples at enrollment and month 6. The purpose of this study is to compare using FDA-approved bupivacaine (a numbing medicine), along with the usual medications for post-operative pain control to using the usual medications for postoperative pain control alone. The addition of bupivacaine to the surgical wound site with the usual pain medications could better manage your pain immediately after surgery and reduce the amount of opioid medications taken after surgery. The purpose of this study is to improve healthcare received by people ≥ 65 years who are receiving radiation therapy (RT). The study will primarily examine patients ability to complete RT, changes in a patients' daily function and self-reported toxicities. To collect this information, study participants will be asked to complete surveys and physical and cognitive function assessments at five different timepoints in their treatment: before RT, End of RT, and at 1, 3, and 6 months follow up visits.
