Researchers are looking for new ways to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is metastatic, which means cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Some people with metastatic NSCLC are treated with pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy treatment that is given into a vein as an intravenous (IV) infusion. Pembrolizumab (+) Berahyaluronidase alfa is pembrolizumab that is given under the skin as a subcutaneous (SC) injection. The patient will also be asked to participate in blood draws to see if and how cancer treatment affects the ovaries and the ability to have children (fertility). Many cancer patients use counseling or other resources to help cope with the emotional burden of their illnesses. This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. The number of elderly head-and-neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients is increasing; however, the evidence regarding the ideal treatment for this often vulnerable and frail patient cohort is limited. Although the benefit of concomitant chemotherapy has been reported to decrease in elderly HNSCC patients based on the MACH-NC meta-analysis, it remains unknown whether state-of-the art radiotherapy techniques such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), modern supportive treatments and alternative chemotherapy fractionation (e.g., cisplatin weekly) may have altered this observation.
