This study aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of the Maya Perinatal Cognitive Behavioral Skills App, a novel app for pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing difficulties with mood, anxiety, or stress. Participants will complete the 12-module app to learn evidence-based strategies previously shown to help manage mood and anxiety. Assessments will include app feedback questionnaires, feedback interviews, a daily symptom tracker, and symptom measures. The study investigators hypothesizes that participants will find content to be helpful in developing skills to manage anxiety and mood difficulties during the perinatal period, and that the app interface, session structure, and pacing will be acceptable and feasible for this population. It is further hypothesized that increased Maya Perinatal Cognitive Behavioral Skills App use, engagement, and satisfaction will be associated with lower self-reported anxiety and mood symptoms. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ABX-002 added to participants' existing treatment(s) shows effects on brain chemistry that may correlate with antidepressive effects. This is a single treatment arm, open-label, Phase 2 study of ABX-002 in 30 adults with bipolar depression. Five healthy volunteer participants will also be enrolled and receive no drug treatment, undergoing 2 imaging sessions to confirm instrument and test - retest method reliability control. For bipolar disorder participants who are experiencing an episode of depression, the study will include 3 study periods: 1. Screening Period of up to 4 weeks 2. 6-week Treatment Period 3. 2-week post dose Safety Follow-up Period. For healthy volunteers, the study will include 2 study periods: 1. This study has two primary objectives, each of which addresses critical clinical and research gaps for individuals who have co-occurring insomnia and depression. The first objective is to address whether sequential treatment of insomnia and depression is superior to a single treatment for either depression or for insomnia, and if so, which treatment sequence is optimal. The second objective is to determine if there are heterogeneity of treatment effects; that is, variation in which interventions are best for which individuals, and if so, to develop and individualized intervention rule to better match individuals with the treatment that is most likely to lead to the best outcomes. Individuals with stroke commonly experience both depression and cognitive difficulties. The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a treatment that combines a digital therapeutic (an iPad-based cognitive training program) with learning cognitive strategies. The hypotheses are that this treatment will improve cognitive skills, depression symptoms, daily function, and brain connectivity. In the short-term, the findings will inform the efficacy of the intervention and in the long-term, may support the use of the intervention to improve co-occurring cognitive and mood difficulties after stroke. This is a sequential multiple assignment randomized trial for adults (ages \> 18) with a bipolar disorder type 1 diagnosis currently experiencing a depressive episode. It is a randomized pragmatic trial that will compare four commonly prescribed treatments for bipolar depression, which includes three FDA-approved medications (Cariprazine, Quetiapine and Lurasidone) and one antipsychotic/antidepressant combination (Aripiprazole/Escitalopram). The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of Problem Adaptation Therapy for Pain (PATH-Pain) on cognitive functioning, depression and pain-related disability in 100 older adults with cognitive impairment, chronic pain, and depression. The goal of this study is to test the efficacy and feasibility of a clinician-guided, app-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program, SilverCloud, as a school-based mental health intervention for vulnerable youth. An open trial of SilverCloud will be conducted to determine preliminary efficacy in this sample and inform program refinements by collecting outcome self-report assessments and conducting interviews on feasibility and acceptability. After the program and its implementation strategy are refined, we will conduct an randomized controlled trial. Adolescents who seek or are referred for mental health services through one of the study sites and screen positive for significant mental health symptoms will be randomized to receive SilverCloud or treatment as usual (TAU). Sub-clinical behavioral health services in the military are performed by BH technicians, who receive minimal training. Due to this, embedding more technicians in military units is unlikely to benefit service members. Giving technicians training in, and access to, evidence-based interventions (EBI) could make their work more effective. The proposed study is a training trial examining the efficacy of the full integrated operational support (IOS) toolkit (evidence-based interventions for behavioral health), relative to routine care using standard resources, as a prevention resource for active-duty airmen. The purpose of this research study is to test the study drug, NORA520, as a possible treatment for severe postpartum depression (PPD). The trial aims to determine: * How well NORA520 is tolerated and what side effects it may cause * If NORA520 reduces depressive symptoms in subjects with severe PPD * The amount of NORA520 in the blood at various times after taking the study drug; this provides information that helps determine how often NORA520 should be taken * In a subset of subjects, the amount of NORA520 in breastmilk at various times after taking it to determine if and how much NORA520 can pass into breastmilk Participate in this study will be randomly assigned to one of 3 different groups. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of a standard mobile iPhone cognitive behavioral therapy program to a personalized mobile iPhone cognitive behavioral therapy program that introduces new skills over a shorter period of time. Participants will use the Maya app for two days per week, at least 20 minutes per day, for six weeks. Assessments will include a weekly check in with a member of the research team, questionnaires, and optional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings at the beginning and end of the 6-week intervention. The investigators think that that the less burdensome personalized program will be just as effective at improving symptoms of anxiety and depression as the general program. Read Less
