The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and economic benefits of Cyclical Pressure Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) Therapy in the treatment of venous leg ulcers. Participants will utilize standard of care (SOC) multilayer compression dressings with an inactive wound contact layer. Following a 2-week run-in period with SOC and after meeting all eligibility criteria, subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio with TWO2 therapy or sham control therapy plus SOC. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect and safety of treatment with tuvusertib combined with either niraparib or lartesertib in participants with epithelial ovarian cancer. The participants will previously have progressed while treated with a poly ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. This study will use community-informed advertisements and messages through electronic methods to recruit and retain a large (N=2,500), diverse national sample of high-risk young men who have sex with men (YMSM) and non-binary individuals that are assigned male sex at birth, 16-29 years of age to determine the efficacy of the MyPEEPS Mobile intervention on reduced incident HIV infections in comparison to a standard of care condition and to examine the degree to which reduced incident HIV infections occurs in the context of potential multilevel moderators and conceptual mediators. The use of machine learning techniques using an artificial intelligence tool is proposed to analyze clinical data to predict best possible IVF/ART outcomes. This tool has been utilized to accurately predict embryo quality here at Cornell. Utilizing this tool to assess objective clinical findings and predict outcomes of assisted reproductive techniques is sought, with the ultimate goal of an automated tool to reduce implicit physician bias. Within this goal, using this tool to objectively and accurately assess baseline ovarian reserve at the start of an ART cycle is proposed, using 3D sonography to image the ovary and artificial intelligence tool to objectively identify baseline antral follicle counts. Prospective, controlled, multicenter clinical investigation with four trial cohorts: Randomized, Non-repairable, Severe Mitral Annular Calcification (MAC) and Severe Mitral Annular Calcification Continued Access Protocol (MAC CAP). Subjects in the Randomized cohort will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the trial device or to the MitraClip system. Subjects in the Non-repairable, Severe MAC, and Severe MAC CAP cohorts will receive the trial device. The objective of the Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Using the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the Treatment of Symptomatic Mitral Regurgitation (SUMMIT) is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the treatment of patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation or for patients with symptomatic mitral valve disease due to severe mitral annular calcification. This randomized controlled trial will provide the opportunity to evaluate the safety and clinical benefits of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System compared to the MitraClip System in patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation, within approved MitraClip indications. In addition, the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System will be evaluated in patients with severe mitral annular calcification who are at prohibitive risk for mitral valve surgery. Patients who are not suitable for mitral valve surgery for reasons other than severe mitral annular calcification and are also not suitable for transcatheter repair with MitraClip, will be enrolled in the Non-repairable cohort. Over 24 million Americans are over 65 years and have prediabetes. Prediabetes can be addressed using a public health approach: among the 20% of participants in the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) who were ages 60 and over, the diet and physical activity intervention conferred a 71% risk reduction of diabetes after an average follow-up of 3 years. The population of older adults is projected to more than double from 52.5 million in 2019 to \~100 million by 2060, and if projections hold, about half (48.3%) will have prediabetes. The proposed hybrid effectiveness implementation type 1 design will compare a DPP program Tailored for Older Adults and delivered via Telehealth (DPP-TOAT arm) to an in person DPP tailored for older adults (DPP arm) using a randomized, controlled trial design (n=230). The preliminary data suggests DPP-TOAT is a feasible and acceptable way to deliver the DPP to older adults, and this will be the first study to compare the effectiveness and implementation of two strategies (telehealth versus in-person) to deliver a tailored DPP for the unique needs of the growing population of older adults. NYC CONNECT will carry out a randomized controlled trial (RCT) which will assess the relative effectiveness of two evidence-based strategies to increase cancer screening rates for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer. The RCT will compare the effectiveness of using a combination of 1) culturally and linguistically tailored cancer education materials and 2) community health workers (CHWs) to provide navigation services for cancer screening (the "patient navigation" \[PN\] arm) versus providing culturally and linguistically tailored cancer education only (the "less intensive" \[LI\] arm). The study population will include individuals who are due for breast, cervical, or colorectal cancer screening. All individuals recruited to the study will be provided navigation for unmet social determinants of health (SDH) needs. Read Less
