The city of Rochester, New York, currently has 19 active clinical trials seeking participants for Lymphoma research studies.
Testing the Addition of Duvelisib or CC-486 to the Usual Treatment for Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of duvelisib or CC-486 and usual chemotherapy consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide, and prednisone in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as CC-486, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by... Read More

Testing Continuous Versus Intermittent Treatment With the Study Drug Zanubrutinib for Older Patients With Previously Untreated Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase III trial tests whether continuous or intermittent zanubrutinib after achieving a complete remission (CR) with rituximab works in older adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. When zanubrutinib is used... Read More

Testing Drug Treatments After CAR T-cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests whether mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin helps benefit patients who have received chemotherapy (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) followed by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy (tisagenlecleucel, axicabtagene ciloleucel, or lisocabtagene maraleucel) for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or grade IIIb follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may inter... Read More

Evaluating the Impact of Social and Genetic Factors on Outcomes in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors
Recruiting
This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer sur... Read More
