This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Open-Label study evaluating safety and efficacy of SM-020 Gel 1.0% in subjects with Seborrheic Keratoses and Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers (i.e. Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma In Situ). Subjects will be enrolled into 1 of 5 cohorts. Each cohort will enroll approximately 5-10 subjects with at least 1 eligible lesion to be treated. A maximum of 5 lesions may be enrolled per subject. Treatment for all subjects and all lesions will be twice daily for approximately 28 days. Post treatment, residual lesions may be excised per standard of care for histological evaluation. This study will validate a previously developed pediatric prognostic biomarker algorithm aimed at improving prediction of risk for the later development of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD) in children and young adults undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant. By developing an early risk stratification of patients into low-, intermediate-, and high-risk for future cGvHD development (based upon their biomarker profile, before the onset of cGvHD), pre-emptive therapies aimed at preventing the onset of cGvHD can be developed based upon an individual's biological risk profile. This study will also continue research into diagnostic biomarkers of cGvHD, and begin work into biomarker models that predict clinical response to cGvHD therapies. Read Less
