This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. This study will enroll prostate cancer patients with an unfavorable intermediate- or high-risk diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to determine whether a regimen of pembrolizumab and low dose prostate radiation or low dose prostate radiation alone prior to a prostatectomy affects cells of the immune system and if it is a safe option for this stage of prostate cancer. Participants will be randomized 1:1 (like flipping a coin) to receive pembrolizumab, low dose prostate radiation and a prostatectomy or low dose prostate radiation and a prostatectomy. Pembrolizumab is an investigational drug that increases the ability of the immune system to kill tumor cells. Low dose radiation can alter the way tumor cells look to the immune cells. For example, the immune cells may express different proteins that make them more susceptible to immune cell killing or the structure of the tumor may be altered to allow the immune cells to infiltrate the tumor more thoroughly. The prostate tissue collected from the prostatectomy will be analyzed for differences in pathology and local immune cell infiltration, and participants will be followed for 2 years to watch for prostate specific antigen (PSA) recurrence and prostate cancer recurrence. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met over-expressed refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of ABBV-400. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of ABBV-400 or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met over-expressed (OE) refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused ABBV-400 or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This research study is investigating the safety and effectiveness of using combination of isatuximab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM). The study team will use lower doses than is currently standard for these drugs. Lower doses will be used to avoid or possibly reduce any unwanted side effects commonly associated with these drugs. Using lower doses of the combination isatuximab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone, has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of newly diagnosed MM. Read Less

Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

In this open-label, two-arm, randomized phase 2 clinical trial, patients with clinical stage 1B-3A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy and cemiplimab every 3 weeks for 3 cycles with or without alirocumab every 4 weeks prior to surgery. Eligible patients will be randomized with equal allocation to two treatment groups. Permuted block randomization algorithm will be used for treatment assignment with stratification factors: stage (1B, 2A, 2B, 3A), and performance status (0 vs. 1). The study hypothesis is that the addition of alirocumab to neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy will make tumor cells more immunogenic to cytotoxic T cells, resulting in an increase in complete pathologic responses in surgically resected tumor. DESTINY-Gastric03 will investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) alone or in combination with chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy in HER2-expressing advanced/metastatic gastric/gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) and esophageal adenocarcinoma patients. Study hypotheses: Combination of T-DXd with cytotoxic chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy administered to subjects at the recommended phase 2 dose will show manageable safety and tolerability and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy so as to permit further clinical testing. T-DXd in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy or immune checkpoint inhibitor administered to HER2-expressing gastric, GEJ and esophageal cancer patients who have not received prior treatment for advanced/metastatic disease will show preliminary evidence of anti-tumour activity and the potential to become a therapeutic option for this patient population.
