Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help t... Read More

Rituximab and mosunetuzumab are monoclonal antibodies. They bind to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab may be more effective at extending survival in patients with NLPHL than the usual... Read More

This phase I/II trial studies the safety, side effects and best dose of OBI-3424 and how well it works in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as OBI-3424, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
