A Study to Assess the Anti-Tumor Activity and Safety of Odronextamab in Patients With B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma That Have Been Previously Treated
Recruiting
Primary objective is to assess the anti-tumor activity of single agent odronextamab as measured by the objective response rate (ORR) according to the Lugano Classification of response in malignant lymphoma (Cheson, 2014) and as assessed by independent central review in each of the following B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) subgroups:
In patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) grade 1-3a *1,2
In patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) *1,2

Transplant Wellness Clinic for Elderly or High Risk Patients Undergoing BMT
Recruiting
As the average age of individuals undergoing stem cell transplant continues to increase, challenges associated with balancing the side effects of cancer treatments while also managing other medical conditions develop. Studies have shown these individuals develop more treatment related side effects and take longer to leave the hospital due to complications. The purpose of this study is to develop a multiple provider clinic that will help identify any additional needs in the more complicated and g... Read More

CC-99282 + Rituximab Early Post CART for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of CC-99282 with rituximab for the treatment of patients who have received chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy for non-Hodgkins lymphoma and in whom have had a sub-optimal response early on to CAR T-cell therapy. Immunotherapy with CC-99282 may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD... Read More

Zanubrutinib in Combination With R-CHOP (ZaR-CHOP) for Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase Ib trial seeks to find out the best dose and possible side effects and/or benefits of zanubrutinib in combination with the R-CHOP in treating patients with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Zanubrutinib is designed to block a protein called Bruton Tyrosine Kinase in order to stop cancer growth. R-CHOP is the acronym for the combination of five drugs: rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone. It is the most widely used chemoimmunotherapy... Read More

Acalabrutinib in Combination With Venetoclax or Obinutuzumab for the Treatment of Treatment-naive Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests whether acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax or obinutuzumab works to shrink tumors in patients with treatment-naive chronic lymphocytic leukemia . Acalabrutinib is also an inhibitor that works in the body to block the activation of certain cells that lead to the growth of cancerous B cells. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer ce... Read More

Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well zanubrutinib and lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel) work together in treating patients with Richter's syndrome. Richter's syndrome occurs when chronic lymphocytic leukemia and/or small lymphocytic leukemia transforms into an aggressive lymphoma, which is a cancer of the lymph nodes. Zanubrutinib is a class of medication called a kinase inhibitor. These drugs work by preventing the action of abnormal proteins that tell cancer cells to multiply, which helps stop... Read More

A Study of Acalabrutinib Plus Venetoclax and Rituximab in Participants With Treatment Naïve Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
TrAVeRse is a multicentre, open-label, randomised, Phase II study of AVR in treatment naïve MCL participants. The primary objective will be to assess the rate of MRD-negative CR at end of induction after completing 13 cycles of AVR. Participants achieving an MRD-negative CR at the end of AVR induction will be randomised to continued acalabrutinib or observation. Participants who progress during observation may receive retreatment with acalabrutinib
