Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in Ohio

Global, Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of furmonertinib (firmonertinib) at 2 dose levels (160 mg once daily \[QD\] and 240 mg QD) compared to platinum-based chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. A target of approximately 375 patients will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to treatment with furmonertinib 240 mg QD, furmonertinib 160 mg QD, or platinum-based chemotherapy. Read Less

The main purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY4050784, is safe, tolerable and effective in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a BRG1 (Brahma-related gene 1, also known as SMARCA4) alteration who have previously received, do not qualify for, or are refusing standard of care treatments, or there is no standard therapy available for the disease. The purpose of this observational study is to collect clinical information, blood, and tumor tissue samples from participants diagnosed with stage I, stage II, or operable stage III cancer in select solid tumors. The information collected will be used to develop tests to better understand cancer, for example, to improve cancer detection and to assess the risk of cancer coming back. The purpose of this multicentric, open label trial (NAPISTAR 1-01) is to evaluate the safety/tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of TUB-040 and to find the best dose of TUB-040 in patients with ovarian cancer and Non Small Cell Lung Cancer. TUB-040 is an antibody-drug-conjugate which delivers a topoisomerase I inhibitor to tumor cells which overexpress the target NaPi2b. The study consists of two parts: In dose escalation, ovarian cancer patients and lung cancer patients receive increasing doses of TUB-040 until the maximal tolerated dose is found. In dose optimization, at least two doses are compared with each other to determine which dose is optimal for patients.
