This study is open to people aged 18 years or older with schizophrenia. People can join the study if they are willing to use a smartphone app called CT-155. This app is being developed to help people with schizophrenia manage their negative symptoms. The purpose of this study is to gather new information on CT-155. Researchers want to see how well it works, how well participants use the study app, and how it affects the use of health care services. Participants use the app for 16 weeks. They may continue using it for another 16 weeks. During the study, participants continue with their normal treatment for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for about a year. During this time, they visit the study site every 2 months. During this study, doctors regularly check participants' schizophrenia symptoms and overall quality of life. Researchers may also compare the healthcare data of study participants with a similar group of people with schizophrenia who are not part of the study. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of combination therapy with tazemetostat and belinostat in treating patients with lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Tazemetostat is in a class of medications called EZH2 inhibitors. The EZH2 gene provides instructions for making a type of enzyme called histone methyltransferase which is involved in gene expression and cell division. Blocking EZH2 may help keep cancer cells from growing. Belinostat is in a class of medications called histone deacetylase inhibitors. Histone deacetylases are enzymes needed for cell division. Belinostat may kill cancer cells by blocking histone deacetylase. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow and may help make cancer cells easier to kill with other anticancer drugs. There is some evidence in animals and in living human cells that combination therapy with tazemetostat and belinostat can shrink or stabilize cancer, but it is not known whether this will happen in people. This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. HPV is known to cause a variety of cancers including cervical cancer. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer, many individuals are not diagnosed. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. The low screening numbers show more testing needs to be done. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable precancer may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. Information gathered from this study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements. This phase III trial investigates the best dose of vinblastine in combination with selumetinib and the benefit of adding vinblastine to selumetinib compared to selumetinib alone in treating children and young adults with low-grade glioma (a common type of brain cancer) that has come back after prior treatment (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (progressive). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking a protein that lets tumor cells grow without stopping. Vinblastine blocks cell growth by stopping cell division and may kill cancer cells. Giving selumetinib in combination with vinblastine may work better than selumetinib alone in treating recurrent or progressive low-grade glioma. Read Less
