This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This study is conducted in 2 periods. During Period 1, participants are randomly assigned into 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms to receive upadacitinib Dose A or dupilumab Dose A. Based on the participants response to upadacitinib Dose A, they may have their dose increased to upadacitinib Dose B after 2 weeks. In Period 2, participants that completed Period 1 will either remain on their assigned dose or be reassigned to a different dose based on their Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) response. Approximately 300 adult participants ages 18 to 64 with moderate to severe AD who are current users of dupilumab and had a history of inadequate response to dupilumab will be enrolled at up to 94 sites worldwide. The study is comprised of a 35-day Screening Period, an 8-week Open-Label Period 1 and a 24-week Open-Label Period 2 for participants that completed Period 1. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or dupilumab subcutaneous (SC) injection every other week for 32 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding lomustine to standard chemotherapy with temozolomide and radiation therapy versus temozolomide and radiation therapy alone in shrinking or stabilizing newly diagnosed MGMT methylated glioblastoma. MGMT methylated tumors are more likely to respond to temozolomide chemotherapy. Temozolomide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's DNA and may kill tumor cells and slow down or stop tumor growth. Lomustine is a chemotherapy drug and in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It damages the cell's DNA and may kill tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-ray photons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Adding lomustine to standard chemotherapy with temozolomide and radiation therapy may shrink or stabilize glioblastoma. Read Less

GEMINI NSCLC Study is a non-interventional study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from patients with NSCLC who will receive longitudinal blood collection in addition to their standard of care therapy and disease surveillance with the goals of identifying the molecular evolution of lung cancer with standard of care therapy, and determining the utility of ctDNA dynamics to predict risk of recurrence and therapeutic outcomes. The purpose of the study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the treatment of alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a disease that causes hair loss on the scalp, face, and areas of the body. Ritlecitinib is approved in many countries at a dose of 50 mg (milligram) taken by mouth once a day for the treatment of patients 12 years and older with severe alopecia areata. This study will look at both the 50 mg dose and a 100 mg dose. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 12 years of age or older * Have a diagnosis of alopecia areata * Have lost 50% or more of the hair on their scalp * Do not have any other conditions that causes hair loss * Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for alopecia areata About 550 participants will take part in in this study. Participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat, to receive 1 of 2 different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) taken by mouth once daily. The 2 doses of ritlecitinib in this study will be compared to each other and also to data from previous studies. This will help to see if the 100 mg dose of ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People will be in this study for about 13 months. During the study, participants will need to visit the study site up to 9 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: * alopecia areata assessment, * physical examinations, * hearing tests, * blood tests, * x-ray, * ECG (electrocardiogram), * photographs of the scalp and eyes. Prospective, randomized, controlled study to assess the safety and effectiveness of GalaFLEX LITE™ Scaffold in revision surgery for reduction of capsular contracture recurrence and/or malposition in implant-based breast augmentation patients versus patients undergoing conventional revision surgery with no supportive matrix or acellular dermal matrix (ADM).
