This is a Phase 1, multicenter, open-label dose escalation study to determine the safety and tolerability of intratumoral (IT) injection of tolododekin alfa (ANK-101) in participants with advanced solid tumors who have progressed during or after receiving standard of care (SOC) therapy or who will not benefit from such therapy. The study will be conducted in three parts; in Part 1, participants with superficial lesions will receive ANK-101 as a single agent; in Part 2, participants with visceral lesions will receive ANK-101 as a single agent; and in Part 3, participants with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) will receive ANK-101 in combination with cemiplimab. This early phase I trial aims to determine how cobimetinib, olaparib, onvansertib, azenosertib, AZD5305 or tremelimumab works in patients with pancreatic cancer. Validation of cobimetinib, olaparib, onvansertib azenosertib, AZD5305 and tremelimumab molecular targets will be explored by comparing pre-treatment biopsies with post-treatment specimens. This knowledge will help design future biomarker driven trials to determine whether giving cobimetinib, or olaparib, or onvansertib or azenosertib, or AZD5305, or tremelimumab will work better than standard treatments in patients with pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. This Phase 2b, multicohort, open-label clinical trial (QUILT-3.055) evaluates combination immunotherapies in patients with various advanced solid tumors who have progressed following prior PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor therapy. The trial includes six cohorts: Cohorts 1-4: Patients who progressed after an initial response (PR or CR) to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, receiving combination therapy with N-803 and a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor. (Closed to enrollment) Cohort 5: Patients who progressed while receiving treatment in cohorts 1-4; they receive combination therapy with N-803, a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor, and PD-L1 t-haNK cells.(Closed to enrollment) Cohort 6A \& 6B: Patients with acquired resistance to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy; they receive combination therapy with N-803, docetaxel, and either pembrolizumab (6A) or nivolumab (6B). Treatment is administered for up to two years or until disease progression, and participants are closely monitored for adverse events (AEs), including immune-related AEs, with specific dose modifications outlined. This is an open-label, randomized, Phase 2b study of ZEN003694 in combination with enzalutamide vs. enzalutamide monotherapy in patients with mCRPC who have progressed on prior abiraterone by PCWG3 criteria. Disease must have progressed on only abiraterone by PCWG3 criteria prior to study entry. The patient population will be separated into two cohorts: Cohort A: Patients with poor response to prior abiraterone defined as: * Abiraterone started in hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (HSPC) disease setting: \< 12 months duration on abiraterone or failure to achieve PSA nadir of 0.2 ng/mL while taking abiraterone, or; * Abiraterone started in castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) disease setting: \< 6 months duration on abiraterone or failure to achieve PSA50 response while on abiraterone Cohort B: Patients with response to prior abiraterone, defined as: * Abiraterone started in hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (HSPC) disease setting: ≥ 12 months duration on abiraterone and nadir PSA \< 0.2 ng/mL, or; * Abiraterone started in castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) disease setting: ≥ 6 months duration on abiraterone and confirmed PSA50 response Read Less
