Medication adherence for chronic medical problems is in a range of 40-70%. Medication adherence among patients on oral anti-cancer therapy is not studied in detail. This trial is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center clinical trial designed to assess whether adaptive radiotherapy with urethral sparing for low to intermediate risk localized prostate cancer will translate into a decreased rate of patient reported acute urinary side effects, as measured by the patient reported EPIC-26 questionnaire, compared with the historically reported rate for non-adaptive, non-urethral sparing prostate SBRT. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined.
