This is a 12-Week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study evaluating the efficacy and safety of intranasal administration of 186 µg of OPN-375 twice a day (BID) in adolescent subjects with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps. The total planned number of subjects is approximately 84 adolescents (12-17 years of age) who will be randomly assigned to receive 1 of 2 study treatments using a 1:1 ratio (OPN-375 186 µg:placebo). The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. In Stage 1 of the study, participants will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. Stage 1 is complete. In Stage 2 of the study participants will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. In Stage 3 of the study participants who have received anti-inflammatory proteins, will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. Stage 3 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8, Week 12, Week 16, Week 20, Week 24 and Week 28. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants in Stage 1 and 2 will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (10 months). During this time, Stage 1 participants will have 13 visits at the study clinic, and Stage 2 participants will have 9 visits at the study clinic. The purpose of this study is to learn about how the flu and COVID vaccines act when given alone or when mixed together. This study is seeking healthy participants aged 18 or older. All participants in this study will receive only 1 shot to their arm, either a flu or COVID vaccine, alone or mixed. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people living with obesity to lose weight and maintain the weight loss long-term. The study has 2 parts: The first part is called 'the main study' and the second part is called 'the extension study'. In the main study participants will either get CagriSema (a study medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine that looks like CagriSema but has no active ingredient). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants are two times more likely to get CagriSema than placebo. If participants get CagriSema in the main study, participants will continue on CagriSema in the extension study. Which dose of CagriSema participants will continue on is decided by chance. If participants get placebo in the main study, participants will get CagriSema in the extension study. Participants will take one injection of study medicine once a week. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Armour Thyroid treatment compared with synthetic T4 in subjects who have primary hypothyroidism and are currently stabilized (i.e., in-range thyroid-stimulating hormone \[TSH\]) on synthetic T4 treatment. This study will also therefore evaluate the efficacy and safety of dose conversion from synthetic T4 therapy to Armour Thyroid therapy. Read Less

The primary objective of the study is to determine the relative efficacy of the investigational oral severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) vaccine tablet VXA-CoV2-3.3 compared to a currently recommended vaccine for the prevention of symptomatic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In order to represent a more recently circulating SARS-CoV-2 variant, the main study endpoints will now evaluate the VXA-CoV2-3.3 (KP.2 strain) vaccine, and not the VXA-CoV2-3.1 (XBB.1.5 strain) vaccine. Narcolepsy Type 1 (NT1), Narcolepsy Type 2 (NT2), and Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH) are rare conditions that make people feel very sleepy during the day (often referred to as excessive daytime sleepiness \[EDS\]). People living with these conditions might find it hard to stay alert and pay attention when they are at school, working, driving, or performing other daily activities. While all conditions result in feeling sleepy, there are some differences in other common symptoms: * NT1: People with NT1 often feel very tired during the day and experience cataplexy. Cataplexy is a sudden loss of muscle strength, which can cause someone to collapse or lose control of their muscles for a short time. This is often triggered by strong emotions, such as laughter or surprise. They may also have trouble sleeping well at night. * NT2: People with NT2 feel sleepy during the day, just like NT1, but they do not have cataplexy. * IH: People with IH feel tired during the day, even after sleeping a lot at night. They may sleep for long periods, take long naps, and find it hard to wake up. Orexin is a protein in the brain that helps coordinate a system that plays an important role in helping people to stay awake during the daytime. ORX750 is designed to mimic the action of orexin. The purpose of this study is to see how safe and tolerable ORX750 is in NT1, NT2, and IH, and learn about what the drug does to the body.
