This study was designed to evaluate safety and antitumor activity of HER3-DXd in two parts: Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion. In Dose Escalation, HER3-DXd was evaluated in participants with metastatic or unresectable NSCLC with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) activating mutation after disease progression during/after EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy. In Dose Expansion, HER3-DXd will be evaluated in participants with metastatic or unresectable NSCLC with EGFR activating mutation or squamous or non-squamous NSCLC (ie, without EGFR-activating mutations) with disease progression during/after systemic treatment for locally advanced or metastatic disease. In addition, HER3-DXd will be evaluated in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose tumors harbor a KRAS-G12C mutation after progression on the most recent line of therapy (Cohort 5). This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met over-expressed refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of ABBV-400. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of ABBV-400 or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met over-expressed (OE) refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused ABBV-400 or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

Influenza infection occurring during oncologic treatment or following hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is associated with increased risk of morbidity in the form of lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) and mortality relative to otherwise healthy patients. The study participants have been diagnosed with a hematological malignancy and are eligible to receive the current seasonal influenza (Flu) vaccine. Primary Objective * To determine the feasibility of opening a longitudinal prospective study of IIV immunogenicity in pediatric leukemia patients. * To describe the immunogenicity, as measured by the development of cell- and/or antibody-mediated influenza specific responses 3 to 5 weeks following vaccination, in a cohort of pediatric leukemia patients. Secondary Objectives * To describe whether an immune response, as measured by development of cell- and/or antibody-mediated influenza specific responses, is detectable 1-2 weeks following vaccination in a cohort of pediatric leukemia patients. * To describe the durability of immunogenicity by measuring cell - and antibody- mediated influenza specific responses at 6 months and 1 year following vaccination in a cohort of pediatric leukemia patients. Exploratory Objectives * To estimate the clinical effectiveness of influenza vaccine in this cohort by monitoring for the development of clinical diagnosis of influenza in the cohort of enrolled pediatric oncology patients. * To correlate results of immune cell frequency in blood, as measured by complete blood count with differential, with development of an immune response to IIV.
