This phase II trial tests whether using genetic testing of tumor tissue to select the optimal treatment regimen works in treating patients with clear cell renal cell (kidney) cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced or metastatic). The current Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved regimens for advanced kidney cancer fall into two categories. One treatment combination includes two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab plus ipilimumab), which are delivered by separate intravenous infusions into a vein. The other combination is one immunotherapy drug (nivolumab infusion) plus an oral pill taken by mouth (cabozantinib). Nivolumab and ipilimumab are "immunotherapies" which release the brakes of the immune system, thus allowing the patient's own immune system to better kill cancer cells. Cabozantinib is a "targeted therapy" specifically designed to block certain biological mechanisms needed for growth of cancer cells. In kidney cancer, cabozantinib blocks a tumor's blood supply. The genetic (DNA) makeup of the tumor may affect how well it responds to therapy. Testing the makeup (genes) of the tumor, may help match a treatment (from one of the above two treatment options) to the specific cancer and increase the chance that the disease will respond to treatment. This is a Phase IB/II multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted agents with or without cancer immune checkpoint therapy with atezolizumab in participant with recurrent and/or persistent endometrial cancer. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. The goal of this clinical trial is to test CPO301, a type of drug called an antibody drug conjugate in adult patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To assess the safety and tolerability of CPO301 at increasing doses and determine the dose to be used in the second part of the study (Part A) * To assess the safety and tolerability of CPO301 at the dose determined to be safe and tolerable in Part A in patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and potentially other tumor types (Part B) * To evaluate how quickly CPO301 is metabolized by the body (pharmacokinetics or PK) * To evaluate if antibodies to the study drug develop (immunogenicity) * To evaluate preliminary efficacy to the drug * To correlate preliminary efficacy with mutations in a biomarker called EGFR Participants will: * Provide written informed consent * Undergo screening tests to ensure they are eligible for study treatment * Attend all required study visits and receive CPO301 by intravenous injection every 3 weeks until the study doctor determines study treatment should be stopped, based on how well a participant is doing on treatment * Be followed for progression every 3 months for up to 2 years Read Less

The FLEX Registry will be implemented to operate as a large-scale, population based, prospective registry. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost. This phase I/II trial studies the side effects, safety, and effectiveness of low dose radiation to the entire body (total body irradiation \[TBI\]) and higher dose radiation to known areas of cancer (hypofractionated radiation therapy \[H-RT\]) combined with atezolizumab and chemotherapy (carboplatin \& etoposide) in treating patients with small cell lung cancer that has spread to disease sites outside of the lung (extensive stage). Extensive stage disease has historically been treated with chemotherapy alone with consideration of chest (thoracic) radiation therapy for those with response to chemotherapy, as well as consideration of preventative radiation therapy to the head (prophylactic cranial irradiation). Emerging evidence supports the synergistic interactions between immunotherapy and radiation therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill tumor cells. Combining TBI and H-RT with atezolizumab and chemotherapy may improve response to treatment. Read Less
