Alopecia areata (AA) is a disease that happens when the immune system attacks hair follicles and causes hair loss. AA usually affects the head and face, but hair loss can happen on any part of the body. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe, effective, and tolerable upadacitinib is in adolescent and adult participants with severe AA. Upadacitinib is an approved drug being investigated for the treatment of AA. In Study 1 and Study 2 Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 5 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. In Study 1 and Study 2 Period B, participants originally randomized to upadacitinib dose group in Period A will continue their same treatment in Period B. Participants originally randomized to Placebo in Period A will either remain on placebo in Period B, or be randomized in 1 of 2 groups, based off of their Severity of Alopecia Tool (SALT) score. Participants who complete Study 1 or Study 2, can join Study 3 and may be re-randomized to receive 1 of 2 doses of upadacitinib for up to 108 weeks. Around 1500 participants with severe AA will be enrolled in the study at approximately 240 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral tablets of either upadacitinib or placebo once daily for up to 160 weeks with the potential of being re-randomized into a different treatment group at Weeks 24 and 52. Participants will be followed up for up to 30 days after last study drug dose. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to evaluate two study medicines (encorafenib plus cetuximab) taken alone or together with standard chemotherapy for the potential treatment of colorectal cancer that: has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic); has a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF"; and has not received prior treatment. Participants in this study will receive one of the following study treatments: Encorafenib plus cetuximab: These participants will receive encorafenib by mouth at home every day and cetuximab once every two weeks by intravenous (IV) infusion (an injection into the vein) at the study clinic. Encorafenib plus cetuximab with chemotherapy: These participants will receive encorafenib and cetuximab in the way described in the bullet above. Additionally, they will receive standard chemotherapy by IV infusion and oral treatment at home. Chemotherapy alone: These participants will receive chemotherapy, the standard treatment for this condition, by IV infusion at the study clinics and oral treatment at home. This study is currently enrolling participants who will receive either encorafenib plus cetuximab with chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone. This is a single group, Phase 2, long-term extension study for treatment. The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated adult participants with moderate to severe AD who have previously been enrolled in an amlitelimab clinical trial. Visits during the on-treatment period will be at Week 0, 1, 2, 4 and every 4 weeks (Q4W) thereafter. If remote visits are considered appropriate for participants instead of clinic visits at the timepoints indicated in the schedule of activities (SoA) participants/caregivers/legally authorized representatives (LAR) are allowed to perform participant-injections at home according to the schedule of dosing. TheraPAP is a prototype device (with full documented electrical and isolation safety) being developed by SleepRes for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) that can deliver either standard CPAP at a set pressure or what is called TPAP . TPAP is a pressure control algorithm that lowers the pressure from the set pressure at the beginning of inspiration and does not return the pressure to the full set level until about halfway through expiration. Veterans Coordinated Community Care (3C) Study will recruit 850 Veterans at risk for suicide post inpatient hospitalization. Each participant will be randomly assigned to treatment as usual (TAU) or TAU plus the Coping Long Term with Active Suicide Program (CLASP), with follow-up for 6 months after discharge. Outcomes include suicide-related behaviors (including deaths due to suicide, opioid overdose, or other substance-related accidents; and nonfatal suicide attempts) and suicidal ideation and functioning.
