This is an observational, prospective, multicenter study conducted in the US to gather evidence in the context of lung cancer to complement the development of a digital solution.
Patients initiating treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will be prospectively followed to characterize risk factors, signs, and symptoms leading to onset, diagnosis, and treatment of pneumonitis/ILD should it occur.

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Vixarelimab in Participants With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and in Participants With Systemic Sclerosis-Associated Interstitial Lung Disease

The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of vixarelimab compared with placebo on lung function in participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and in participants with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD). Participants who complete 52-weeks of treatment in the Double-blind Treatment (DBT) period can choose to enroll in the optional Open-label Extension (OLE) period to receive treatment with vixarelimab for another 52 weeks.

The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the effects of switching to the study drugs, bictegravir (BIC)/lenacapavir (LEN), fixed-dose combination (FDC) versus current therapy bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (B/F/TAF) FDC in people living with HIV-1 (PWH).
The primary objective of this study is to learn how effective it is to switch to BIC/LEN FDC tablets versus continuing on B/F/TAF FDC tablets in virologically suppressed PWH.

A Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Oral Armour Thyroid Compared to Synthetic T4 for the Treatment of Primary Hypothyroidism in Adult Participants

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Armour Thyroid treatment compared with synthetic T4 in subjects who have primary hypothyroidism and are currently stabilized (i.e., in-range thyroid-stimulating hormone [TSH]) on synthetic T4 treatment. This study will also therefore evaluate the efficacy and safety of dose conversion from synthetic T4 therapy to Armour Thyroid therapy.
