This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 \[COAST-1\], EFC17560 \[COAST 2\], EFC17561 \[SHORE\]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 68 weeks including a 52-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up for participants not entering the LTS17367 (RIVER-AD). EYE-RES-103 is a randomized, double masked pivotal study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 dose levels of EYE103 in comparison with the active control, ranibizumab, in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME). In the first year, all 3 treatment groups will be treated every 4 weeks with either EYE103 or ranibizumab. Beginning at Year 2, the frequency of treatment for participants will shift based on a personalized treatment interval algorithm. Approximately 960 participants will be entered in the study. This phase II trial studies the side effects of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab in treating patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more cancer cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab and find out what side effects, if any, it has on patient's non-small cell lung cancer. This is a Phase 3 multi-center, group-randomized, crossover trial to compare nasal antimicrobial photodisinfection therapy (aPDT) with standard of care for prevention of surgical site infections in patients undergoing major elective, urgent, or emergent surgeries in a hospital setting. The main outcomes are to: 1. compare the efficacy, and 2. estimate the safety of applying nasal (aPDT) before surgery in reducing the incidence of SSIs within the initial 30 days after surgery compared to standard of care (SOC). Participants in the intervention group will receive aPDT prior to surgery on the day of surgery. This is an open-label, multicenter, clinical study conducted in multiple parts to establish the safety, tolerability, Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) profile, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) combinations (if observed) and recommended dose for expansion (RDE) combination for tuvusertib in combination with lartesertib (in Part A1), food effect on the PK of lartesertib as monotherapy followed by treatment with tuvusertib in combination with lartesertib in participants with specific tumor types (in Part A1.1), relative bioavailability of a tuvusertib tablet formulation vs capsule formulation followed by treatment with tuvusertib (capsule) in combination with lartesertib in participants with specific tumor types (in Part A1.2), safety/tolerability and early signs of clinical activity of tuvusertib (capsule)and lartesertib in combination in participants with prostate cancer harboring loss of function (LoS) mutation in the gene ATM based on historic data collected prior to prescreening in circulating tumor (ct) DNA (liquid biopsies) or tumor biopsies (in Part A2), safety/tolerability and early signs of clinical activity of tuvusertib and lartesertib in combination in participants with endometrial cancer harboring LoS mutation(s) in the gene ARID1A based on historic data collected prior to prescreening in ctDNA (liquid biopsies) or tumor biopsies (in Part A3), the relative bioavailability of a tuvusertib tablet formulation (TF1, test) compared to a capsule formulation (reference) will also be investigated (in Part A2/A3), and identify a potential set of MTD combinations, and establish the RDE for the combination of tuvusertib and avelumab in participants with metastatic or locally advanced unresectable solid tumors (in Part B1).
