This phase II trial tests the addition of venetoclax and/or blinatumomab to usual chemotherapy for treating infants with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with a KMT2A gene rearrangement (KMT2A-rearranged \[R\]) or without a KMT2A gene rearrangement (KMT2A-germline \[G\]). Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Blinatumomab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Adding venetoclax and/or blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy may be more effective at treating patients with ALL than standard chemotherapy alone, but it may also cause more side effects. This study will have two phases: a sacituzumab tirumotecan safety run-in and a Phase 3 portion. The safety run-in phase will be used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan at the dose for evaluation in the Phase 3 portion. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan versus treatment of physician's choice as second-line treatment for participants with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer in the Phase 3 portion. The primary study hypotheses are that, in the Phase 3 portion, sacituzumab tirumotecan results in a superior overall survival compared to TPC in participants with high trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2) expression level and in all participants. The purpose of each study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARR) with administration of frexalimab compared to a daily oral dose of teriflunomide in male and female participants with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (aged 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment). People diagnosed with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis are eligible for enrollment as long as they meet all the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in participants from previous Merck pembrolizumab-based parent studies who transition into this extension study. This study will consist of three phases: 1) First Course Phase, 2) Survival Follow-up Phase or 3) Second Course Phase. Each participant will transition to this extension study in one of the following three phases, depending on the study phase they were in at the completion of the parent study. Participants who were in the First Course Phase of study treatment with pembrolizumab or lenvatinib in their parent study will enter the First Course Phase of this study and complete up to 35 doses or more every 3 weeks (Q3W) or 17 doses or more every 6 weeks (Q6W) of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination or lenvatinib according to arm assignment. Participants who were in the Follow-up Phase in the parent study (post-treatment or Survival Follow-up Phase) will enter the Survival Follow-up Phase of this study. Participants who were in the Second Course Phase in their parent study will enter Second Course Phase of this study and complete up to 17 doses Q3W or 8 doses Q6W of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination according to arm assignment. Any participant originating from a parent trial where crossover to pembrolizumab was permitted upon disease progression may be eligible for 35 doses as Q3W or 17 doses Q6W of pembrolizumab (approximately 2 years), if they progress while on the control arm and pembrolizumab is approved for the indication in the country where the potential eligible crossover participant is being evaluated. This phase III trial compares the addition of an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to usual chemotherapy versus usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with MammaPrint High 2 Risk (MP2) stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There is some evidence from previous clinical trials that people who have a MammaPrint High 2 Risk result may be more likely to respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Adding durvalumab to usual chemotherapy may be able to prevent the cancer from returning for patients with MP2 stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Read Less

This is a single group, 1-arm, long-term safety study for treatment of participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to characterize the long-term safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated participants with age ≥12 years old with moderate to severe AD.
