This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding radiation therapy to the usual maintenance therapy with atezolizumab versus atezolizumab alone in patients who have already received atezolizumab plus chemotherapy for the treatment of small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lung or to other parts of the body (extensive stage). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving radiation therapy in addition to atezolizumab may extend the time without extensive small cell lung cancer growing or spreading compared to atezolizumab alone. Read Less

This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, 3-arm study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) with a history of inadequate response of topical treatment, on background topical corticosteroid (TCS) and/or topical calcineurin inhibitor (TCI). The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for subcutaneous (SC) injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older on background TCS and/or TCI. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period. This phase III trial studies how well combination chemotherapy, bevacizumab, and/or atezolizumab work in treating patients with deficient deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mismatch repair colorectal cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and leucovorin calcium, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab may stop or slow colorectal cancer by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This study will look at the effects of CagriSema on cardiovascular events (for example heart attack and stroke) in people living with cardiovascular disease. Participants will either get CagriSema or a dummy medicine (also called "placebo") which has no effect on the body. Which treatment participants will get will be decided by chance. Participant's chance of getting CagriSema or placebo is the same. Participants will inject the study medicine once a week. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of KarXT in male and female subjects who are aged 55 to 90 years and have mild to severe Alzheimer's Disease (AD) with moderate to severe psychosis related to AD. This study is conducted to see if ziltivekimab reduces the risk of having cardiovascular events (for example heart attack and stroke) in people with cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab (active medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine which has no effect on the body). This is known as the study medicine. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants chance of getting ziltivekimab or placebo is the same. Ziltivekimab is not yet approved in any country or region in the world. It is a new medicine doctors cannot prescribe. Participants will get the study medicine in a pre filled syringe. Participants will need to use the pre filled syringe to inject the study medicine into a skinfold once-monthly. The study is expected to last for up to 4 years. Participants will have up to 20 clinic visits. Participants will have blood and urine samples taken at most of the clinic visits. Participants will have their heart examined using sound waves (echocardiography) and electrodes (electrocardiogram).
