The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug sacituzumab govitecan (SG; Trodelvy®; GS-0132; IMMU 132), versus standard of care (SOC) in participants with previously treated extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The primary objectives of this study are to compare the effect of SG to SOC on objective response rate (ORR) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors and to compare the effect of SG to SOC on overall survival (OS). Adults between 18 and 80 years of age with ulcerative colitis can participate in this study. This is a study for people for whom previous treatment was not successful or who stopped previous treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out whether BI 3032950 helps people with ulcerative colitis. This study has 2 parts. In Part A, participants get BI 3032950 as an infusion into a vein every 4 weeks. After 12 weeks, doctors check whether the signs and symptoms of ulcerative colitis have improved. Before the results of this assessment are available, participants move on to Part B and get BI 3032950 as an injection under the skin. Participants whose results show clinical response after 12 weeks can continue treatment with BI 3032950. They get BI 3032950 injections under the skin every 4 weeks for up to 2 years. Participants visit their doctors every 4 weeks. During these visits, the doctors check the signs and symptoms of ulcerative colitis. This includes taking blood and stool samples. Doctors also do endoscopies. This is a procedure that uses a tube with a camera to look inside the body. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The protocol of this Phase 2 clinical trial consists of a double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC) with an eosinophilic phenotype. Screening period: 2 to up to 4 weeks Treatment period: 52-week investigational medicinal product (IMP) intervention (dupilumab or matching placebo) from Week 0 to Week 52 Open-label arm (optional): administration of open-label dupilumab therapy for study participants who qualify. This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. This trial will look at a drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A) alone and with pembrolizumab, with or without chemotherapy, to find out whether it is safe for people who have solid tumors. It will study sigvotatug vedotin to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether sigvotatug vedotin works to treat solid tumors. The study will have four parts. * Part A of the study will find out how much sigvotatug vedotin should be given to participants. * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is and if it works to treat solid tumors. * Part C of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs. * Part D will include people who have not received treatment. This part of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs and if these combinations work to treat solid tumors. * In Parts C and D, participants will receive sigvotatug vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin. This clinical trial is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of the triplet combination of trastuzumab deruxtecan (ENHERTU, T-DXd, DS-8201a) plus a fluoropyrimidine plus pembrolizumab versus standard of care (SoC) chemotherapy plus trastuzumab plus pembrolizumab as first-line therapy in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive tumor PD-L1 CPS ≥1 gastric or GEJ cancer in the Main Cohort. An Exploratory Cohort will also be evaluated to assess the efficacy and safety of T-DXd plus a fluoropyrimidine versus SoC chemotherapy plus trastuzumab in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive tumor PD-L1 CPS \<1 gastric or GEJ cancer. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks. Period 3 is the Long Term Extentsion (LTE) and through Week 68, participants will continue to receive lutikizumab SC using the same assigned dosing regimen from the end of Period 2 for 16 weeks followed by open-label lutikizumab EOW for 140 weeks. Participants in the US that complete Periods 1 \& 2 will have the option to enroll in a 156-week open-label Sub-Study that will assess the long term safety and efficacy of lutikizumab in a prefilled pen. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and diaries. Read Less
