This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A), which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This clinical trial will evaluate the combination of quaratusugene ozeplasmid with atezolizumab as maintenance therapy for patients with Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). The protocol of this Phase 2 clinical trial consists of a double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC) with an eosinophilic phenotype. Screening period: 2 to 4 weeks Treatment period: 52-week investigational medicinal product (IMP) intervention (dupilumab or matching placebo) from Week 0 to Week 52 Open-label arm (optional): administration of open-label dupilumab therapy for study participants who qualify. The main purpose of this study is to measure how well imlunestrant works compared to standard hormone therapy in participants with early breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive (ER+) and human epidermal receptor 2 negative (HER2-). Participants must have already taken endocrine therapy for two to five years and must have a higher-than-average risk for their cancer to return. Study participation could last up to 10 years. The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after treatment and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment. This is a global, multicenter, open-label safety extension study. Participants receiving single-agent trastuzumab emtansine or trastuzumab emtansine administered in combination with other anti-cancer therapies in a Genentech / Roche-sponsored parent study who are active and receiving benefit at the closure of parent study are eligible for continued treatment in this study. This is a double-blind, saline-controlled, and randomized study with blinded assessments using a single dose. Subjects that have a current diagnosis of chronic lumbar disc disease and meet eligibility criteria will be enrolled. Chronic lumbar disc disease is defined as back and/or radicular pain with degeneration of the disc confirmed by patient history, physical examination, and radiographic measures such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), plain film, myelography, discography, or other acceptable means. This study is open to adults aged 18 years and older with cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1291583 is tolerated by people with cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. Participants are put randomly into 2 groups. One group takes BI 1291583 tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like BI 1291583 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants in both groups take 1 tablet once a day for 12 weeks. Participants have twice the chance of being placed in the BI 1291583 group than in the placebo group. Participants are in the study for about 6 months. During this time, they visit the study site 7 times. At the visits, the doctors check the health of the participants and note any health problems that could have been caused by BI 1291583. Read Less
