This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This trial will look at a drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A) alone and with pembrolizumab, with or without chemotherapy, to find out whether it is safe for people who have solid tumors. It will study sigvotatug vedotin to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether sigvotatug vedotin works to treat solid tumors. The study will have four parts. * Part A of the study will find out how much sigvotatug vedotin should be given to participants. * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is and if it works to treat solid tumors. * Part C of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs. * Part D will include people who have not received treatment. This part of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs and if these combinations work to treat solid tumors. * In Parts C and D, participants will receive sigvotatug vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin. This is a multi-site epidemiological study designed to monitor circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) status in participants with Stage II (high risk)/III colorectal cancer (CRC) following resection/prior to adjuvant chemotherapy (AdCTx), during the course of AdCTx and for a period of up to 630 days (21 months) thereafter, according to CRC stages and disease characteristics. Participants receive no therapeutic intervention as part of this study. This study will identify participants with confirmed Stage II (high risk)/III CRC that are positive for ctDNA after resection who might be potential candidates for the clinical study BNT122-01 (NCT04486378), a study of RO7198457 after completion of standard adjuvant chemotherapy in this patient population. These participants will have the option to enter screening for BNT122-01 at Screening Visit 2 of that study if they meet the eligibility criteria of BNT000-001 during screening. ALTB-268-201 is a Phase 2a, multicenter, single arm, multiple-dose, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of ALTB-268 in subjects with moderately to severely active UC. The study consists of a Screening Phase, an Induction Phase, and a Maintenance Phase. Eligible subjects will be enrolled to receive a SC loading dose of ALTB-268 followed by weekly doses of ALTB-268 for 12 weeks. Primary efficacy endpoint will be evaluated at week 12. Week 12 dosing will occur during the 40 wks Maintenance Phase. During 40 weeklong maintenance phase SC doses of ALTB-268 will be administered every other week. TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors will be treated with a drug or drug regimen tailored to their NGS assay results at screening. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate cohort based on their genetic alteration(s). Treatment will be assigned on the basis of relevant oncogenotype, will have cohort-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria, and, unless otherwise specified, will continue until disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, unacceptable toxicity, participant or physician decision to discontinue, or death, whichever occurs first. This study has 3 treatment phases, a 12-Week Induction Phase, a 40-Week Maintenance Phase, and a 48-Week Extension Phase. The objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of obefazimod compared to placebo as induction and maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active CD after inadequate response (no response, loss of response, or intolerance) to conventional therapies and/or advanced therapies. This is a Phase 2/3 study that comprises 5 substudies designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of oral etrasimod as therapy in adult participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who are refractory or intolerant to at least 1 of the current therapies for CD (ie, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics). The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with tofacitinib in adults with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Another aim is to learn about treatment with Vedolizumab alone after the double treatment. All participants will receive vedolizumab together with tofacitinib for 8 weeks and will be checked for response. Participants who show a response to the treatment after 8 weeks will be treated with vedolizumab alone for an additional 44 weeks. This is a Phase 1/2 open-label, multi-center, multi-national study with an initial dose escalation part to determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of MCLA-158 single agent in patients with mCRC. The dose escalation part has been completed and the RP2D will be further evaluated in an expansion part of the study. Cohorts of selected solid tumor indications for which there is evidence of EGFR dependency and potential sensitivity to EGFR inhibition will be evaluated including head and neck cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). This is a randomized, open-label study of Serplulimab plus chemotherapy (Carboplatin-Etoposide) in comparison with Atezolizumab plus chemotherapy in previously untreated US patients with ES-SCLC.
