A Study of TSR-022 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (AMBER)
Recruiting
This is a first-in-human study evaluating the anti-T cell immunoglobulin and mucin containing protein-3 (TIM-3) antibody TSR-022. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of dose escalation and Part 2 dose expansion. Part 1 will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TSR-022 and Part 2 will evaluate the antitumor activity of TSR-022 in combination with TSR-042 or docetaxel and as monotherapy.

Gemcitabine and Cisplatin With Ivosidenib or Pemigatinib for the Treatment of Unresectable or Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma
Terminated
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of gemcitabine and cisplatin when given together with ivosidenib or pemigatinib in treating patients with cholangiocarcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.... Phase 3 Study of BGJ398 (Oral Infigratinib) in First Line Cholangiocarcinoma With FGFR2 Gene Fusions/Translocations
Terminated
Infigratinib is an oral drug which selectively binds to fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 2 and is being developed to treat participants with FGFR2 mutated cholangiocarcinoma. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational agent oral infigratinib vs standard of care chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) in first-line treatment of participants with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement. Cisplatin-Based Chemotherapy and/or Surgery in Treating Young Patients With Adrenocortical Tumor
Completed
This phase III clinical trial is studying how well cisplatin-based chemotherapy and/or surgery works in treating young patients with stage I, stage II, stage III or stage IV adrenocortical cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor s... Read More
