A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine PF-07934040 When Given Alone or With Other Anti-cancer Therapies in People With Advanced Solid Tumors That Have a Genetic Mutation.
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine alone or when given together with other anti-cancer therapies. This study also aims to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to gro... A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Targeted Therapies as Treatments for Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Active Not Recruiting
This is a phase 2/3, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in combination in participants with unresectable, advanced or metastatic NSCLC determined to harbor oncogenic somatic mutations or positive by tumor mutational burden (TMB) assay as identified by a blood-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) assay.

Testing the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, BAY 1895344, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Cisplatin, or Cisplatin and Gemcitabine) for Advanced Solid Tumors With Emphasis on Urothelial Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial identifies the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of BAY 1895344 in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with solid tumors or urothelial cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). BAY 1895344 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Cisplatin and gemcitabine are chemotherapy drugs that stop the growth of tumor cells by killing the cells. Combining BAY 1895344 with chemotherapy tre... Read More

A Study to Learn More About How Well BAY 2927088 Works and How Safe it is Compared With Standard Treatment, in Participants Who Have Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Mutations of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)
Recruiting
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building... Read More

Pembrolizumab With Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Small Cell/Neuroendocrine Cancers of Urothelium or Prostate
Active Not Recruiting
This phase Ib trial studies how well pembrolizumab works with combination chemotherapy in treating participants with small cell/neuroendocrine cancers of the urothelium or prostate that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or that has spread to other places in the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, docetaxel, cisplatin, and carboplatin, work in different ways to... Read More

Comparison of Chemotherapy Before and After Surgery Versus After Surgery Alone for the Treatment of Gallbladder Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II/III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy before and after surgery versus after surgery alone (usual treatment) in treating patients with stage II-III gallbladder cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller; therefore, may reduce the exten... Read More
