The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor activity, safety, and tolerability of tislelizumab plus investigational agent(s) with or without chemotherapy. This study is structured as a master protocol with separate sub- studies. Sub-study 1 includes participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high programmed cell death protein ligand-1 (PD-L1) expression (≥ 50%), and Sub-study 2 includes participants with NSCLC with low or negative (PD-L1) expression (\< 50%). This study will evaluate the combination of a fixed dose pembrolizumab/vibostolimab co-formulation (MK-7684A) with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by MK-7684A compared to the combination of atezolizumab with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by atezolizumab in the first-line treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). This phase III trial studies how well chemotherapy and radiation therapy (chemoradiation) with or without atezolizumab works in treating patients with limited stage small cell lung cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, cisplatin, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving chemoradiation with or without atezolizumab may work better in treating patients with limited stage small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3745) in the neoadjuvant (prior to surgery) or adjuvant (after surgery) treatment of previously untreated adults with gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma. The primary study hypotheses are that: * Neoadjuvant and adjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy, followed by adjuvant pembrolizumab is superior to neoadjuvant and adjuvant placebo plus chemotherapy, followed by adjuvant placebo in terms of Event-free Survival (EFS) based on Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1), and * Neoadjuvant pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to neoadjuvant placebo plus chemotherapy in terms of rate of Pathological Complete Response (pathCR) at the time of surgery. The purpose of this Phase 2/3 study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of the combination of selinexor and R-GDP (SR-GDP) in patients with RR DLBCL who are not intended to receive hematopoetic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy. This study consists of 3 arms each in Phase 2 and 3. Phase 2 portion of the study will assess the two doses of selinexor (40 milligram \[mg\] or 60 mg) in combination with R-GDP, for up to 6 cycles (21-day per cycle), followed by 60 mg selinexor single agent continuous therapy for those who have reached a partial or complete response.
