This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment alone or with other anticancer drugs for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. * In Part A, the treatment will be given to participants every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). * In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. * In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part D, participants will be given treatment on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle. Participants in Part D will get tisotumab vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin * In Part E, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part F, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Participants in Part F will get tisotumab vedotin with pembrolizumab. * In Part G, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. This phase III trials studies whether maintenance immunotherapy (nivolumab) following definitive treatment with radiation and chemotherapy (cisplatin) result in significant improvement in overall survival (time being alive) and progression-free survival (time being alive without cancer) for patients with intermediate risk human papillomavirus (HPV) positive oropharynx cancer (throat cancer) that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. Drugs used in chemotherapy such as cisplatin work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether chemotherapy and radiation therapy followed by maintenance nivolumab therapy works better than chemotherapy and radiation therapy alone in treating patients with HPV positive oropharyngeal cancer. This randomized phase II clinical trial studies whether the addition of nivolumab to cisplatin (or carboplatin) and etoposide will improve outcomes when treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This is a Phase III, global, multicenter, open-label, randomized study to compare the efficacy and safety of 16 cycles (1 cycle duration=21 days) of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) treatment compared with best supportive care (BSC) in participants with Stage IB-Stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following resection and adjuvant chemotherapy, as measured by disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator and overall survival (OS). This is a global, multicenter, randomized, open-label study, with an adaptive design. The main objective of the study is to measure the efficacy and safety of BT8009 (zelenectide pevedotin) as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (UC). The study includes a dose selection phase followed by an adaptive design continuation. The study is comprised of 2 cohorts. Cohort 1 will include participants who have not received any prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC and are eligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy, whereas Cohort 2 will include participants who have received ≥ 1 prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-706 as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, carboplatin, or cisplatin. ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), high-grade central nervous system (CNS) tumors and high-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs). There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 as a single agent or in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), carboplatin or cisplatin at different doses. Approximately 350 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), ABBV-706 will be intravenously infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined in participants with SCLC, high-grade CNS tumors, and high-grade NECs. In part 2, multiple doses will be selected from Part 1 and SCLC participants will be assigned to one of these doses in a randomized fashion to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. In Part 3a, participants with SCLC or NECs will receive ABBV-706 in combination with budigalimab intravenously every 3 weeks. In Part 3b participants with SCLC or NECs will receive ABBV-706 in combination with either carboplatin or cisplatin intravenously. In Part 4a, participants with CNS tumors will receive ABBV-706 intravenously at a dose determined from Part 1. In Part 4b, participants with NECs will receive ABBV-706 intravenously at a dose selected from Part 1. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This randomized phase II trial studies how well cisplatin works with or without veliparib in treating patients with triple-negative breast cancer and/or BRCA mutation-associated breast cancer that has come back (recurrent) or has or has not spread to the brain (brain metastases). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as veliparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. It is not yet known if cisplatin is more effective with or without veliparib in treating patients with triple-negative and/or BRCA mutation-associated breast cancer. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies radiation therapy and cisplatin with triapine to see how well they work compared to the standard radiation therapy and cisplatin alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage IB2, II, or IIIB-IVA cervical cancer or stage II-IVA vaginal cancer. Radiation therapy uses high energy protons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Triapine may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether radiation therapy and cisplatin are more effective with triapine in treating cervical or vaginal cancer. Read Less
