This phase III trial is studying the side effects and how well giving combination chemotherapy together with autologous stem cell transplant and/or radiation therapy works in treating young patients with extraocular retinoblastoma. Giving chemotherapy before an autologous stem cell transplant stops the growth of tumor cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and/or bone marrow and stored. More chemotherapy is given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). MIBC is a type of cancer that has not spread from the muscles in the bladder to other parts of the body. MIBC is treated by having surgery to remove the bladder (cystectomy). Not all people choose to have surgery and want to keep their bladder using other treatments. Chemoradiotherapy (CRT)- is a type of non-surgical treatment for MIBC which combines Chemotherapy (a treatment with medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them growing) and Radiation therapy (a treatment that uses beams of intense energy \[like X-rays\] to shrink or get rid of tumors). Pembrolizumab is an immunotherapy, which is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. A placebo looks like the study medicine but has no study medicine in it. Using a placebo helps researchers better understand if the study medicine works. The goal of this study is to learn: 1. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. The purpose of this study is to evaluate pembrolizumab (MK-3475) subcutaneous (SC) administration as the first-line therapy in the treatment of metastatic squamous and nonsquamous NSCLC by assessing the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and efficacy of pembrolizumab SC injection in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy. The primary hypothesis of the study is Pembrolizumab SC is noninferior to pembrolizumab intravenous (IV) for Cycle 1 Area Under Curve (AUC) and Cycle 6 minimal concentration (Ctrough) at steady state. Participants who discontinue study treatment after receiving the first course of 35 administrations of pembrolizumab (approximately up to 2 years) for reasons other than disease progression or intolerability, may be eligible for a second course of pembrolizumab for up to approximately 1 additional year if they have experienced radiographic disease progression per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR after stopping first course treatment. It is not yet known whether chemotherapy and radiation therapy are more effective when given with or without additional chemotherapy in treating cervical cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying chemotherapy and pelvic radiation therapy to see how well they work when given with or without additional chemotherapy in treating patients with high-risk early-stage cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy. The purpose of this study is to determine if RRx-001, which is added on to the cisplatin and radiation treatment, reduces the duration or length of severe oral mucositis in patients with head and neck cancers. All patients in this study will receive 7 weeks of standard of care radiation therapy given with the chemotherapy agent, cisplatin. The primary aim of this randomized phase III trial was to study whether the addition of maintenance chemotherapy delivered after surgical resection and focal radiation would be better than surgery and focal radiation alone. The trial also studied if patients who received induction chemotherapy and then either achieved a complete response or went on to have a complete resection would also benefit from maintenance chemotherapy. Children ages 1-21 years with newly diagnosed intracranial ependymoma were included. There were 2 arms that were not randomized. One arm studied patients with Grade II tumors located in the supratentorial compartment that were completely resected. One arm studied patients with residual tumor and those patients all received maintenance chemotherapy after focal radiation. This is a Phase Ib/II, open-label, multi-center, competitive enrollment and dose-escalation study of ALT-801 in a biochemotherapy regimen either containing cisplatin and gemcitabine or containing gemcitabine alone in patients who have muscle invasive or metastatic urothelial cancer of bladder, renal pelvis, ureters and urethra. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose (RD), and assess the anti-tumor response of ALT-801 in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine or ALT-801 in combination with gemcitabine alone. The pharmacokinetic profile of ALT-801 in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine will also be assessed. The study includes a dose escalation phase (Phase Ib) and a dose expansion phase (Phase II). Phase II has two treatment groups, Expansion Group 1 and Expansion Group 2. Expansion Group 2 is for platinum-refractory patients, consisting of two treatment arms based on the patient's renal function.
