The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of two different drug combinations in patients who have intermediate- and poor-risk germ cell tumors (GCT). One combination of drugs, paclitaxel, ifosfamide and cisplatin (TIP), is experimental. The other combination of drugs, bleomycin, etoposide and cisplatin (BEP), is the standard of care treatment for intermediate- and poor-risk germ cell tumors. This study is open to adults aged 18 and older or above legal age who have a specific type of advanced neuroendocrine cancer (NEC). Their tumours must be positive for a marker called DLL3. The purpose of this study is to test a medicine called BI 764532 in addition to chemotherapy. The study has 2 parts. Part A of this study aims to find out the highest dose of BI 764532 that people can tolerate in addition to chemotherapy. The purpose of Part B is to find out how well people can tolerate BI 764532 in combination with different chemotherapies. Researchers also want to find out whether BI 764532 in combination with chemotherapy helps people with NEC. Participants get different doses of BI 764532 as an infusion into a vein. In addition, they get platinum-based chemotherapy as infusions into a vein. Participants can continue treatment up to 3 years if they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information about participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. This is a trial studying patients with human papilloma virus (HPV) positive oropharyngeal cancer with tumors that can be removed via transoral surgery. Following surgery, patients will be classified as either low, intermediate, or high risk based on the characteristics of the tumors. Low risk patients (Arm S) will receive no further treatment after surgery. Intermediate risk patients (Arm RT) will be treated with Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) after surgery. High risk patients (Arm CRT) will receive a combination of IMRT and chemotherapy after surgery. Patients will be followed for up to five years after the completion of treatment. Read Less

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of berzosertib (M6620) when given together with cisplatin and radiation therapy in treating patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). M6620 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving M6620 together with cisplatin and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Read Less

This study will evaluate the immunologic and potential clinical effectiveness of intensive locoregional sequential intraperitoneal (IP) cisplatin (IPC) with intravenous (iv) paclitaxel followed by peritoneal infusion of a chemokine modulatory (CKM) regimen composed of a cocktail of IP rintatolimod and interferon-alpha (IFNα) for patients with advanced stage ovarian cancer (III-IV) at primary neoadjuvant setting. In the safety phase I phase, we determined the tolerable dose of IPC-CKM. In this phase 2 we will add intradermal (ID) autologous αDC1 vaccines (known to be nontoxic) to the tolerable IPC-CKM regimen. This study is being done to see how well two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) work together to treat patients with urothelial cancer.
